Binus Square Review

A 5-star dormitory building with good security, sports facilities like swimming pool and pool tables, convenient store, cafe and parking lots

I used to live here for 4 years because I believe in security. But there are some things that make me disappointed with the Binus Square and perknnya

1.Toiletnya super dirty and smelly also a lot of doors in the toilet damaged daughter.

2. Parties from Bs very disappointing once they often enter the border room without asking permission also border property and border belongs to go unresolved.

3. About the electric bill, I always pay the electricity bill on time suddenly the BS immediately give a warning letter to pay for electricity as soon as possible before they turn off the electricity in my boarding room (that's still my boarding room). I had already paid the electricity bill. but because I happened to have no roommate and suddenly in the letter was written the name of another person who said is my roommate padalkan position I was alone there has not been a roommate, I immediately reported this to the BS but they keep giving warning letters again and instead turn off the electricity in my boarding room. I RECOMMEND AGAIN THAT I HAVE PAY EARLY ELECTRIC MONTHS LOH MORE BUT THEY SHOULD NOT DEFINITELY DEAD IN-SHOW THEIR ELECTRICITY IS SO AWARE BECAUSE THOUGHT THE FRIENDS OF THE YES WRITTEN FRIENDS IS NOT PAY OF ELECTRICITY.

Motorcycle / car that comes in and out of this place makes traffic jam

binus student residence + student exchange student. The facilities are okay too, swimming pool, gym, study room, etc.

The room is clean, the water warms smoothly, the local TV channel is complete, but the blanket smells

This place has been getting better over the year and so far (2020) they improved a lot and im starting the fix they implemented like cctv and rules.
Wifi is fast and rarely have problem, swimming pool is reguraly cleaned now, and overall cleanliness is better.

Come here because of a meeting, many students go to the place hehe clean, there is motorcycle parking and the other car is not so crowded

Binusian special dormitory. The room is cramped but suitable for parents who want their children to live in a safe place.

The boarding house of Binus is direct, but it is expensive and rises at the highest cost each year, facilities are many

For a residence, its very comfortable, safe, and quite lively (mostly on 1st floor). You need special access card (which can be traded for your ID card, temporary) for visit.

The place purpose for students residential under BINUS University Jakarta

(+) Internet fiber, laundry, swimming pool, gym, billiard, basketball, futsal, minimarket, coffee shop, cafetaria, shuttle bus.
(-) pricey, strict regulations.

Great dorm to live.. Wish i had this when i was in uni

Around the location of Binus there are lots of quality boarding houses and quite expensive too

The best place to board our children while studying in Binus.
The security is guaranteed and the atmosphere is comfortable.

The place is comfortable to be a place for ngekos but the price is too expensive.

The hostel is cool, there is a swimming pool, a gym

Eating delicious chicken soup. Just ordinary chicken noodles.

Strategic location ... right on the side of the road ... close to the culinary ...

Nice and safe place for you who lectures in BINUS and immigrants. Not good, it's quite expensive per month. The rules are quite numerous and strict. Less free than boarding at other places. Plus, there is a swimming pool and BSSC :)

A good apartment for students / Binus students because all student activities can be controlled by parents at home with the Parent Application

Boarding students like to bring a guy into a room .. Violation is immoral. Though apartement girls and men apart

Very good for binus student to stay, but quite pricey

Away from the place where the satempati / current flows around the opposite direction

Child friendly green open public space in the middle of residential complexes & office buildings

The place is easily accessible and the swimming pool is very clean, the parking area is maintained neatly

Require some kind of authorization to visit this place.

Vaping and Smoking is not allowed. So yeah, bored to hell.
Edit: I would like to say, there is a lot of things that makes this place doesn't deserve it's current 4 star rating. Please do not make this place looks good as it is truly is bad.

It's a comfortable place for studying with excellent student accommodation facilities

Good ... comfortable .. safe..facilities provided by shuttle bus ... tennis court..billiard..swimming pool .. morning run..kets available..there are K circles..utk fitness is also available.

Increasingly the price goes up. Rules are too strict. So it's still kindergarten

This is a dormitory for regular BINUS University students, there are many facilities that are in love to the boarders here to support better leisure and education, such as shuttle bus, pool, front office, full security 24 hours, 24 hours open circle, coffee, zenta fotocopy, cafeteria, gym, game area (billiards, table tennis, basketball and futsal), and rooms for meetings and study.

Internet BUSUK, no one wants to board here. I want to cry here oeee oeee

A good place only for Binus students. Has a good security and facilities, but too many strict rules.

The apartment feel like a boarding house, it seems only for binaries. Complete facilities and strategic place ..
