Around there are plastic buildings like Pacific Place, Mulia hotel, Indosiar tower, etc. with lights that adorn the night sky of Jakarta. I was enjoying the scenery, suddenly from the direction of Kemanggisan residence that had not yet appeared there was a mysterious white light as big as a soccer ball / basketball flying towards me. When I reached the mirror, the light bounced off, I forgot to bounce it up or down. This story is not a hoax, I really experienced it myself, because I used to stay up late in my room often in my room

For parents whose children will stay there, please read carefully the terms of the contract, because most contracts are only given to children for signature, one of which is the non-refundable deposit if the child does not continue the contract period per academic year period, My child stays in Binus Square 1 year 8 months, the deposit can only be returned if my child continues to stay there for 2 years. This is not a question of money, but what is the definition of a deposit? why is Binus Square professionally heralded like that? The room is ordinary and there is no bathroom inside which forces children to have to queue in the bathroom outside the room. It also has a guest room if your family wants to stay the night.

It was lovely and clean. The dorms were very quant, and the guest rooms were fantastic.

Dormitory Binus is quite good. Unfortunately the psychologist's facilities are not clear. Can't handle students who need more attention.

For those who want to enter Binus Square, maybe the marketing only gives positive things. Here I am as a student who can summarize the ugliness of Binus Square:
1. Bathroom:
-Bathroom in the tower no hot water
Hot water is only available in the pool toilet and the toilet is a public toilet (besides residents of Binus Square can use it).
- Poor bathroom maintenance
The bathroom is clean, only if there is damage, never repaired (or maybe rarely repaired)
2. Shuttle:
-Schedule schedules that always change without prior notification
-Shuttle tracker is not working properly. So, users do not know whether so many hours have passed or not.
-Shuttle is not trendy on the Kijang and Syahdan campuses. The shuttle only trains at the Anggrek campus until the hour of the road returns to Binus Square.
-Sometimes the shuttle passes the Kijang campus because the Kijang campus rarely goes down and up. (This sometimes depends on the driver and the hour)
3. To my knowledge CCTV is not available in the hallway boarder room, only available in the hall connecting the tower AB and CD (as evidenced by the case of boarder expensive expensive shoes belonging to the boarder)
4. Boarder does not mean to be a priority
Binus Square is not entirely 100% pure student residence or dormitory, but several places in Binus Square are also rented. If the room is rented, the boarder cannot use it.
5. Notice given easily
All kinds of notifications in Binus Square will be delivered via the Boarder Portal (a special website for Binus Square boarders). So, as a boarder must often check the Boarder Portal (like people less work).
6. Distance to campus
The hostel is not always close to campus. The distance to the nearest campus (Anggrek Campus) is 1.5km or 15 minutes on foot.

Strengths that I feel in Binus Square:
1. Friendly front office clerk
2. Alert maintainance team
3. Clean tower bathroom

For those who want to register can consider the strengths and weaknesses. For problems worth it or not, for a double room you could say it's quite worth it. For a single room, in my opinion it is not worth it.

The advantages:

Cozy. So many activities you can do here. Table football, swimming, or gym. Or you can just relax in the park. There's laundry. And also coffeeshop Tereo. Or just simply cafetaria.There's a shuttle bus to any Binus campuss. Some residence here are from foreign country. Others, just from out of town.

A good place for a child to hang out if you don't want to bother looking for it. The place is comfortable although not that big. For a double or single washroom. For a single, the large room has not been seen. The wifi is fast, there is a CircleK minimarket, a tereo restaurant, and several places to support boarding children. The price is worth it because there are swimming pool and fitness facilities as well as reading rooms and others. Which is a bit dizzy. There are quite a lot of events and regulations.

Nice environment, but I found lots of tomcats in my room.

Security and Staff are minim about the place while I asked the information

Good environment to live especially with friends. I don't like about the swimming pool, they don't let tenant to bring their friends to swimming pool.
