Nice cozy place for group study and doing some projects with team. Some of the drawbacks is the parking cost and lack of delicious food in cafeteria.

For 490, it's quite cheap but no breakfast here. Though there are several food stand and a food court inside the facility.

For those who like to use the online grabbike application

There are lots of rules, at the beginning the wifi was fast, now it's really slow from yesterday and to get wifi, you must join the Binus Square event.

The place has a modern design, cafeteria has a wide selections of food, nothing fancy but you can find typical Indonesian homemade food, cheap fresh fruit juices, KFC chicken look alike, etc. Got laundry services, terms and conditions applied. A small gym, swimming pool, foosball, reading area. It provides buses for students to go to and from Binus Kemanggisan 3 campus buildings and Binus Alam Sutra campus as well. But has no fixed schedule (it does not follow the written schedule, and it almost always overcrowded, so you might need to sit on the stairs/floor, I'd prefer to go on a motorbike). Rooms are ok, small, bed, cupboard, desk, a chair. The necessities. But do NOTE: HOT WATER IS NOT AVAILABLE here, be ready to have cold showers all the time (bathroom is communal), the only hot water you can find is in the showers by the pool in the lobby.

Strategically easy to reach by public transportation

well , since this is a kinda dorm for students,, cozy place,you can study here, and also the facilitate is so complete, you can swim , play billiard, also theres a basketball court here!
but all these facilitate is for the boarders, obviously,, if you are non boarder, you can still study and play billiard here( i dont know about basketball), but swimming is prohibited for non boarders leh

Good environment for studying but the fee is ughh and the facility for relatives is limited. The room is so small for 2 students, for 1 student too expensive.

Its position makes the road faltered or jammed in the morning

Towards t4 they will be from the direction of kemanggisan and batusari takes 20 minutes in the afternoon

Clean and comfortable place, strategic location quite close to access to campus

The dormitory view is very good, there is a swimming pool, gym, but you have to go to the pool to wash the hot water~

internet disturbance and ga no good at all, useless feedback fitting disturbance just in read ga no treatment and handling. prices continue to rise but the internet facilities duh ga banget

Binus square hall of residence is an apartment of Binus students and students located within the boundaries of Binus Syahadan and Binus is very close. Access to this route is close to the entrance and exit of toll gates in and out of town.

Decent place, but it's not open for public (obviously)

Well, its a good place to stay actually. Its a "modern and elegant" place to live when you saw it from the outside. Its a much different story when it comes to the inside room itself. The room is pretty small compared to other boarding house near the campus with cheaper price. No toilet inside. Some of the other boarding house near the campus actually gives a better flexibility to the facilities like bringing friends overnight. Binus Square doesn't have that priviledges. The electricity management is one of (by far) the worst since my 3 years stay. The cleanliness comes at number 2 worst things here. There are many more. The Electricity count often isn't accordance with what we are using. A single aircond with 1 PC, 1 lamp, 3 routers will spend 700-1000+ KWh. For comparison, my 2 stories house spend 200-500 KWh. The daily count just doesn't make sense. The management says it just the aircond that contributes the high KWh. But its pretty ridiculous considering i never shutdown my aircond on my 1st and 2nd year stay and never charged with excess usage. However, i love the surrounding of this place and its pool. The staff is really nice. I mean, very very nice. This place is an excellent choice for a protective parents. But its not a completely comfortable place. Kos2an is much better and cheaper (and free electricity). But i couldn't deny that this is actually a good place.

When it's right here, the atmosphere is good, the facilities are complete too, then there's a shuttle to Binus too!

Not bad for staying. Luxurious room. The parking lot is spacious and the security is quite a lot. The food in the canteen is also delicious and the price is still affordable. Pretty close to the binus. Walk about 15 minutes. Also nearby is Indomaret. Outside there are also many street food.
