Clean environment neatly arranged, comfortable with capable facilities.

With a bathroom outside which he said to "socialize" with other occupants and a shower that is like a tap because there is no shower head and no warm water facilities on each floor because there is only a bathroom in the pool which is a drawback in this apartment. the number of rules that feels very trivial. The room is the same for all kind "level" of quality, the only difference is the size. If you expect communicative dorm, full of activity and transparency with the borders i suggest you find another place to stay

the place is nice, relaxing, eh, unfortunately the access to Budi Raya is jammed if the campus is binus orchids.

Apartment rental for Binus students and hotel for relatives, includes small swimming pool, cafeteria, laundry service and circle k mini market. The students' guest is limited to the lobby level only for room access will be limited for renters only. Renters' wifi speed are unlike its public wifi.

Apartments that are close to high-class educational places

The room and facility is quite good for it's price. The cleanliness for the bathroom need to be improved. The variety of the food sold in the canteen need to be improved, especially non-halal foods since there's a lot of non-muslim Chinese Indonesians and International exchange students live in here.

Not for the public, but the place is also great and clean,

Medium sized swimming pool. comfortable. Lounge is comfortable, there is a billiard recreation room. There is a basketball hoop near the motorcycle parking lot. The area is just right. Not too tired when walking around. There are CK & Tereo, live photocopy of Zenta. Tight security. Guests should not stay at the hostel, except at the hotel with an expensive price of 300-500 / night

To those who want to stay here, just a warning that the BS building is right next to a river which is black in color, and many local residents are littering the river. As a result, I often put tomcat in my room, fortunately I never got poisoned. As a warning to parents and prospective students who want to live here.

Student residences that have the form of apartments, facilities and management are quite good and well maintained

Binus Square itself is fine, but the area behind Binus Square always burn their trashes, creating plume of smoke that usually go to Binus Square. Very unhealthy and annoying, especially if you are trying to relax in the poolside or swimming. The smell of the burning trash even got to upper floors, best to close the balcony door
