The room and facility is quite good for it's price. The cleanliness for the bathroom need to be improved. The variety of the food sold in the canteen need to be improved, especially non-halal foods since there's a lot of non-muslim Chinese Indonesians and International exchange students live in here.

Not for the public, but the place is also great and clean,

Medium sized swimming pool. comfortable. Lounge is comfortable, there is a billiard recreation room. There is a basketball hoop near the motorcycle parking lot. The area is just right. Binus Square itself is fine, but the area behind Binus Square always burn their trashes, creating plume of smoke that usually go to Binus Square. Very unhealthy and annoying, especially if you are trying to relax in the poolside or swimming. The smell of the burning trash even got to upper floors, best to close the balcony door
