That's all good, telephony works more than not, BUT such things enrage:
- switching of call scenarios only through support. Especially when you need it urgently. Instead of working, you must call support. I have about 10 calls in two weeks
- support work schedule. Especially based on point 1, if you have an urgent replacement of a fighter - no one will switch your phone after 18:30. If something breaks down at night, and you work 24/7, no one is interested. Wait for the morning.
- Reaction to business stops. If something is broken globally, you will only know about it by a busy telephone line. Timeline for a decision? Well, try, call.
In general, as a partner of a small private entrepreneur - everything is fine, cheap, reliable. As soon as the scale appears, everything is not so rosy. And the problem lies in the processes, not the people.

In the absence of knowledge of any technical nuances without Anton, it would definitely lead to the fact that we would abandon the idea of introducing such a service. But with Anton, time went unnoticed, and after 2 weeks, voila, without paying for the service, we already have excellent telephony with voice menus, recordings, scripts, analytics (I m generally delighted with it!). Not a single manager could clearly answer the questions! We have our own beauty salon and communication with customers through the phone - this is number 1 that we do first of all with great responsibility.
But! Sometimes administrators do not pronounce a script or do not give a complete answer for the client (as it was before).
We connected the Binotel and everything changed.
Now, complete control over conversations with clients (they are also wrong) connected a callback from the site - increased the conversion of calls.
User friendly interface. Everything is simple and clear.
The ability to reconfigure the incoming call route and forwarding to other employees is generally very convenient and useful for work.

The manager Irina Stratiychuk - does not just work out her time at work, but approaches the task as much as possible, as if she is not the manager of the Binotel company but the owner of our salon and it is in her interests that everything would work like a clock for us.
