This is a great team of staff. I found them while researching online. Everyone who wrote about visiting them raved about how their experience with the team so great. Dr. Alexander is a very nice and smart individual. He always made me feel comfortable and aware of what was going on. The day of the surgery, I was taken care of in all aspects. Him and his team did nothing but deliver excellence. I am excited about what s to come, and thank them for what they have done for me thus far.

Overall great experience

Overall great experience
Quickly got a consultation and surgery date
Dr Alexander was very knowledgeable and confident I would have great results
I no longer need to wear a hat and I am able to style my hair not even my barber can tell I had surgery
It s been almost 7 months and it seems like I have more hair everyday
Surgery wasn t terrible only discomfort I had was receiving the numbing shots in the same spots multiple times
Recovery took about a week with swelling occurring days 2-5 and was back to work in about a week
After about 4.5 months I had enough hair to not wear a hat anymore and haven t looked back since
Very happy with the results

Dr. Alexander is awesome and we re lucky to have him local to Phoenix as most of the other great hair doctors are in Miami, Canada, etc., no where close to here. I did a bunch of research before I did my transplant. I made appointments with the two doctors I had narrowed down. I liked Dr. Alexander better than the other, even though both of their credentials were excellent and they both ranked in the top 20 in hair transplant docs in North America.

As Dr. Alexander will tell you, hair transplants are more art than science. Hair patterns are unpredictable and complex. The placement and angle of the hair follicle is key. I did 2000 grafts. I was extremely happy with the results. This was 5 years ago. I came back recently to discuss another transplant to fill the remaining bald spot. There was a review talking about Dr. Alexander up selling. I find that suspicious, as during this meeting of a second transplant, Dr. Alexander suggested I WAIT to be sure I really wanted it. That s integrity.

I did wait and after a few weeks decided I wanted it. The second procedure was just as smooth as the first. Dr. Alexander did come up with an extra 150 follicles or so after removal. That s not uncommon as it s a bit unpredictable to estimate how many follicles you ll get from a donor area. He gave me the option to add them in, which I did. If you don t want the additional cost, tell him No. It s that simple.

If you re in the Southwest US and are considering getting a hair transplant, Dr. Alexander should be your first choice. Remember, you get what you pay for; and with my hair, I m not taking chances.

I was very disappointed with the end result of my procedure with Dr Alexander. I did not achieve the desired density, I still have a thin uneven hairline, and I was left with very noticeable scarring in the donor area even though we did an FUE procedure specifically to avoid that problem. The end result was better than what I started with but considering the cost of this operation I feel it should have been much better. Dr Alexander over promised on the anticipated results and the final outcome was very underwhelming. I would not use this business again nor would I recommend it to anyone else.

I have been meaning to post this for awhile but I never seem to get around to it. I was styling my hair a few minutes ago and it reminded me.

I had a complete horseshoe in 2012. Nothing on top. Zero... I did a ton of research on the top hair restoration surgeons in the US. I wasn t too concerned with costs. There were about 5 that I was down to. I picked Dr Alexander out of the top 5 because the Biltmore seemed like a nice vacation and we made a family trip out of it. I had one round in 2012 and I think we did about 4K grafts and it looked surprisingly good. I was pretty happy with it. I did about another 3-4K in 2013 or 14. Fast forward to 2020. They look great. It s not a full head of hair but I m really happy with it. I remember Dr Alexander saying Yeah, we can get you something to style up there . He did.. It was about $16k total. Best 16k I ve ever spent. Both procedures went smooth. I would highly recommend Dr Alexander for hair transplants.

Dr. Scott Alexander was incredibly meticulous about how he went about it. Would definitely recommend him !!

Dr. Alexander is not only a great doctor but an artist in his field. He and his staff are top notch.
I would highly recommend anyone seeking hair transplantation to choose Dr. Alexander.
You get what you pay for.
Thanks, Karl S

I was looking online for a Doctor specialized in hair transplant and I found Dr alexander and I decided travel to phoenix to get my treatment done with him. They were very professional since the beginning, Dr. Alexander help me to get the best option for me, more than 2000 grafts for front and crown. The day of my surgery everything was as expected, Dr alexander and the team were very professional and went above and beyond to make sure all the process was a success. I had a quick recovery and I'm just waiting to see the final results...

First of all I would recommend this to everyone who is considering it and do it now. This way you get the most benefit for the buck. I wish I would have done it several years ago, but there in lies my problem. I have been aware of the procedure and possibility for at least 8 years. Every time I thought about doing it seriously (and there were many times) I would start the research and find that every Dr. / website had the "Best" procedure and then I saw these horrible looking transplants in real life and thought those had to come from these places I was researching. I concluded I would rather go bald than risk that bad transplant look. I gave up looking for a solution because I could not trust the information I was finding online (too conflicting). I had a good (and trusted) friend of mine that lives locally (AZ) tell me that he had a hair transplant (actually 2 of them) and I was shocked that I could not tell at all and it looked completely natural and full. That was all I needed to decide to do it and whom to do it with. All I needed was someone that I knew and trusted with the results I was looking for to convince me. My friend told me the two different processes that he did and he said that the last one (strip method) and Dr. Alexander was by far more successful than the robot one done previously by another clinic. Again, this was all I needed.
I am very happy with the results and I am 7 months post procedure. My hair is still growing in and becoming thicker still. If the benefit was maximized today I would be happy with the outcome. To know it is still going to get better is great also. Here are the pics. I posted an update about 1.5 years post transplant. I think it has filled in great, I am still happy.

He gave me a quote of $8,500. I negotiated to $8,000. During lunch (with my head bloodied from him stabbing the heck out of it to plant the graphs) he explained that he majically came up with 500 graphs and that he would throw them away if i did not purchase them. His charge $1,500. I found out later from not one but two other opinions that what he does is you see.. and im getting ahead of myself and before i explain, the donor area has the most density. You will have the most 2s and 3s per grafts, meaning strands per graft. What this "doc" does is he splits the grafts and sells them back to you. What you lose is money and most importantly density. All he leaves you with is single strands so you come back later to spend on another transplant. .not only that, the chance of those grafts being damaged from being chopped up is probable. I was told by other professionals the words described is scandalous and scoundrel. Fits perfectly. He will also try to sell you a Laser cap. The lowest grade 82 bulb. I contacted Lasercap and asked what the suggested retail was for that and they said $600-$800. Dr. Anderson tried to sell this to me for $2,500. Stay away and go get other opinions. He is a guy that claims only 5% know how to restore hair and he's one of them. Not true and there are better options out there. One of the biggest scams when finding hair replacement is they oversell, telling you that you need more than you do. Take pics. Lots of pics. There is a section of your head that apprars fine and it is gone over and stabbed the heck out of and there appears to be little or no change then you threw money away. Make him take a pic of your head and draw a line on what he is working on and make sure you get a copy before any money changes hands. During the consult its all word of mouth, but if pictures are taken and lines are drawn on whats actually being worked on theres no he said she said. If i could do it all over i would have ended up doing more homework and being much happier with my results. Most importantly there's only so much donor area, and some docs dont respect that. Once its gone, its gone. Its best to chose wisely.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I was searching for the absolute best hair transplant doctor in Arizona and feel confident that I found it with Dr. Alexander. I was unbelievably happy with the consultation, procedure, and post-op. My procedure was a 2000 graft FUE.

Reviews - I scoured the internet doing research and believe Dr. Alexander has the highest quality and most realistic reviews in the Phoenix area which is why I sought him out.

Consultation Process - Dr. Alexander did the consultation himself and was patient and thorough with my questions. He was also willing to hop back on the phone as more questions came to mind over my evaluation process.

Office Environment - Large office space, super clean, and everyone I interacted with (~6 people) was very friendly and professional. Equipment is all state of the art and they don't seem to skimp.

Surgery Day (11 Hours!) - Long, but relatively pain-free and very easy. Dr. Alexander and his staff are meticulous with their work, break up the day nicely, and make it easy for you to watch movies and keep yourself entertained.

Surgery - Dr. Alexander is a true professional and was personally in the room conducting the surgery or leading the process for at least 75% of the day. This is probably the most important part of the review and I can't stress enough that Dr. Alexander can be trusted 100%, has tons of experience, and is confident hair surgeon. No question about it. He's the man.

Post-Op - Not bad at all. I was given very clear instructions on how to care for my transplant and donor area. Dr. Alexander and his staff were always available to answer additional questions that I had. I was back to all normal activities after 5-7 days.

Results - The new hair takes 6-12 months to grow but I am very confident in the outcome based on the process and the way my hairline looked immediately after surgery. Dr. Alexander added 1.5-2 inches to my hairline and was very careful with the donor area. Since my surgery, I have been able to get very tight fade haircuts that blend all the down to a 0 (skin fade).

If you are looking for a hair transplant surgery in the Phoenix area, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Alexander and his team. I don't think you can do any better.

Biltmore Surgical Hair Restoration is phenomenal!!! The quality and density performed by Dr. Alexander is far superior to anywhere else I have gone. I had procedures done by two other businesses and in the Phoenix area (National Hair Center & Dr from Bosley, both yielded disappointing results) I am wishI had just gone to Biltmore Surgical Hair Restoration first. The price and quality is better than anything I have experienced. Would recommend to anyone.

Dr. Alexander seems okay but his staff provides the worst customer experience I've ever encountered. I've been reaching out to many different HT surgeons around the world and the response I've received from Dr. Alexander's staff has been the worst out of the 10+ places I've communicated with. In particular Nicole Johnson has been the least helpful person and doesn't seem interested in bringing in new patients. Prior to reaching out to Dr. Alexander's office, I had actually had him as the top choice on my list because of how close his office is to where I live. I wouldn't spend thousands on a procedure when I'm worried if I can even get ahold of someone to help me in the office. Do your research and make sure you not only choose a good surgeon but someone who has a good team willing to help you throughout the entire process.

I'm thrilled with my experience at Biltmore. Not only did Dr. Alexander make BIG improvements to a prior procedure (which I can clearly tell after just 10 days), but the procedure was quicker and less painful.

I am not someone who looked balding, but I knew my hairline wasn't what it had been. I didn't even know hair transplants could work so well for picky cases like mine but Dr. Alexander proved me wrong. It felt like I couldn't have been in better hands, and I couldn't be happier with the great experience and great result I know to come.

I am really glad I chose Dr Alexander for my procedure:

1) I loved that Dr Alexander personally met me for my consultation. I always prefer meeting with the person who actually conducts the procedures. He did a great job being concise and answering my questions.

2) Day of surgery, you're the only person getting it done that day, so Dr. A, the whole staff, everyone is focused only on you. I felt very attended to, and even though it's a long procedure I can't think how it could have been done better. Everyone was really friendly.

3) The results are excellent. I'm now 8 months out, and I'm so, so happy that I did it. I was having a receding hairline and it's an amazing feeling to have my hair again. I think my hair line might look even better than it did in my early 20's. I understand that on one hand, hair is not that big of a deal, but on the other hand, I see it in the mirror every day, and it definitely makes me feel younger and more confident having it back.

I met with 2 other clinics before decided on Dr Alexander, and based on my research he is hands down the best option in Arizona. I recommend him over all the other options available.

Dr. Alexander and his team did an AMAZING job on my hair. I will admit that I was very scared and jumpy at first but his staff made me feel very comfortable, relaxed, and at ease. I hate to say but I even had a little doubt because of my hair type that Dr. Alexander probably would not understand but I was so wrong. He didn t care if I was a black woman, a purple woman, or an orange woman. He deals with all types of hair including ethnic. Dr. Alexander and his team were so good to me. They gave me a blanket because I was freezing, they bought me lunch, they literally treated me like a princess. I was the only one in the office for the entire day and I didn t feel like just another customer . Dr. Alexander was very honest with me, gave me clear instructions, and now I cannot wait to see the full results. Thank you Dr. Alexander and your team for everything. I am definitely recommending you to my other family and friends. God bless and thank you again.
