Dr. Alexander and his team did an AMAZING job on my hair. I will admit that I was very scared and jumpy at first but his staff made me feel very comfortable, relaxed, and at ease. I hate to say but I even had a little doubt because of my hair type that Dr. Alexander probably would not understand but I was so wrong. He didn t care if I was a black woman, a purple woman, or an orange woman. He deals with all types of hair including ethnic. Dr. Alexander and his team were so good to me. They gave me a blanket because I was freezing, they bought me lunch, they literally treated me like a princess. I was the only one in the office for the entire day and I didn t feel like just another customer . Dr. Alexander was very honest with me, gave me clear instructions, and now I cannot wait to see the full results. Thank you Dr. Alexander and your team for everything. I am definitely recommending you to my other family and friends. God bless and thank you again.
