I got 2 cheese pizza pies. First time ordering here. I think the pictures make it look better, but was surprised to find that it tasted like dollar pizza. It was cooked well, but I think it was the quality of the ingredients. I think the ratings are a little high which led to over excitement.

Good tasting pizza. Never missed, always prepared well. Zeppoles are great too!

This restaurant has a large variety of pizzas ranging from buffalo chicken to tasty vegetable pizzas. They also serve mouth watering fresh Italian dishes. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is very relaxed. I absolutely love this place.

Love their pizza and pasta. Philly subs, not so much!

Live near by about 1 year now didn't even know the place existed till I got a menu in the mail. greatest alfredo pizza I ever had delivery was fast.

Really good pizza for only $2.50 per regular slice. Right next to Medgar Ever College campus so it's a hot spot for dine-in or walk-out.

hands down best pizza in crown heights. I moved about 2 months ago didn't even know this place existed. I had gotten a menu in the mail so my wife and I said lets give it a try. We ordered a large cheese pizza and some boneless wings. I was very impressed with the food and delivery time. So the next day we had some friends over we placed a large kitchen order fried calamari, chicken francese and a few other entrees i couldn't believe it a neighborhood pizzeria pushing out high end product. Somehow the pizza was rubbery & hard at the same time. Burnt but yet it was still cold When it was delivered. chicken spot $1 pizza actually taste better highly don t recommend you wasting your money unless it s the only thing open

Pizza is okay, staff is friendly but it's inconsistent sometimes its good sometimes its just okay.

Usually the food is really good. But it is stale and tasteless every now and then. I mainly order from here because they offer individual slices...although I have once been told that they have pies but no individual slices...explain that math? Don't slices come from pies? Anyway, my biggest problem is the delivery guys. On their phone and just shove the food in your face like prison slop and walk away. So unprofessional. Get better people. They represent you.

My husband takes our daughter there all the time for little daddy and daughter dates & she absolutely loves their pizza

The pizza here is amazing! This is our go to pizza spot in the neighborhood. We normally order a large pie with pepperoni and a Buffalo chicken salad (best salad). We ve also tried the fresh mozzarella pizza with pepperoni and it was DELICIOUS! Can t go wrong with any of the specialty slices here either.

Billy's just dropped off 50 boxes of pizza at our ER. Thank you guys everyone really appreciates the gesture.

Started a new job at dentil office on monday on eastern pkway. I googled pizza in the area and they were the closest near my job. I walked over and was blown away on gow the place looked it looked like one of those stores that belong in manhatten coffered ceiling's old school photo. Place was beaitiful. I got a buffalo slice and a philly cheese steak slice pizza was unreal best pizza i had i will be passing by tomorrow to try the rest of the show case.

I absolutely, positively love Billy's. The food is great and the customer service is phenomenal. Deliveries are made in a timely fashion and the food is always hot!!!

My fav is penne a la vodka. N chicken with spinach pizza. It is expensive but thet get away with it because its the only pizza place on the block. The nearest one is like 5 to 6 blocks away ;-(. Better off pickin up than delivery

Delivery was fast, The order was wrong (ordered a "Special" and got a half mushroom). Called and the mngr said there was an error, he offered to make another pie, but I did not want to waste the one I had. The Mngr (Isha) promised a discount on the next pie.

This spot never disappoints. They have awesome dishes for fair prices, there is no waiting time even when the spot is busy.

We ordered a regular slice and a square slice as well as the Chicken Parm dinner. Chicken was rubbery and both of us ended up with upset stomachs. I didn't even finish what I bought. Very disappointed.

First ever New York Style, New York City pizza! From Cleveland purchased a large New York style and my girlfriend and I also got 4 slices together of their speciality pizza and it was delicious! The prices aren't very expensive for the amounts of food we received and it was nice and hot and served within minutes. Atmosphere inside was great and for a traveler or a new comer to New York it wasn't overpriced and had great quality would suggest to anyone!

The worst place I ve ever ordered from I ordered my food at 11:45 and its 1:30 and my food still hasn t arrived i called the place and each time they told me it would be there in under 5 minutes.

I've been ordering from Billy's for about 3 years now. This year the food (chicken parm specifically) has gone way down hill. Once I ordered a cpl of months ago and the person who answered the phone basically told me I was lying about a piece of chicken and almost all cheese missing from my chicken parm. I didn't order from them for months. I ordered this past Sunday bc I live one block away and was starved. The chicken parm is dropped off, again, with NO MOZZ it was covered in dry parm though, why? Idk. AND the tomato sauce is so clearly cut with water and tastes worse than it looks. I didn't bother to call to complain bc even though they know what I ALWAYS order for the past 3yrs and that I always tip, they would most def call me a liar. Sadly, I will have to find another pizza&pasta spot.

The white gourmet pizza was great as it was loud and in your face. The ricotta cheese sauce and garlic and the crust was the best NY pizza yet. But I ordered another one of the gourmet pizza's, and the crust tasted like it was the 99 cent pizza. I recommend the G. white pizza, but I'd suggest a side of red pizza sauce for dipping&it compliments the pizza. It was filling, and I ate 2 pieces on delivery and 1 the next day. I threw it away ONLY because it had gotten stale in the fridge after 3 days. It would feed 3 easily. I am hard to please here in NYC and the food. But Billy's, I'll recommend even when I go back south.

Nasty attitude....they will do the best they can to get you out of their place as soon as you get your order, also very racist towards black people!!! Don t waste your money there.

Tried a chicken Caesar wrap at this place while taking summer classes. Nothing too special about it. It wasn't great and it wasn't bad. It is one of the few pizza places within a two block radius. They have great deals on pizza slices for students in the area

If you know what is good for you in these trying times you would NOT order from this establishment. I ordered the chicken cutlet sandwich with lettuce and tomato and they send me rock hard rotten days old chicken and the bread was stale and hard. They really sent this to someone look at the sandwich! No one can eat this. Please save your money and don t buy this garbage because clearly they don t care what they are serving.

Went for fries and a slice. Waited 15 minutes for the fries and my slice had mold in it. I thought the black specs were maybe burned spots but i tore it open and it was green inside.Very disgusted

I like the Spaghetti and meatball dish here. This is a go to spot for me and my daughter when craving some good Italian food.

During the COVID pandemic, the person taking the order was not properly wearing a mask above his nose and the person making the pizza was not wearing a mask at all. Additionally, they allowed customers into the store without wearing masks. Unsafe.

Love this place. I think they have the best pizza by far. Sauce is amazing with the perfect crust makes this a must try.

They were defiantly better a few years ago when I first moved to the neighborhood. They put the pizza in the FRIDGE & then hear it up when you order which I find very horrible. If business is slow, make the pizzas on demand instead of having them sitting the the FRIDGE.

My last order from Billy s I was over charged and placed with the wrong order. I then contacted the store & instead of reimbursing me he simply said he ll give me a discount for my next order. Seeing that I usually ordered from billy s I agreed. Following my next order I went to restaurant to pick it up & the store owner or whomever it was making the pizzas was very rude & disrespectful. He knew exactly who I was because when I asked about the discount he remembered. In fact it was when I asked about the discount the disrespect began ! my order took over 40mins to be ready and each time I asked him about it, he simply blew me off. I will never order from this establishment again ! And you ll be doing yourself a favor if you do the same.

yes there's Domino's & Papa John's (& there was Pizza Hut near by, but...)
however, there is nothing like the taste of pizza from a 'pizzeria'. nothing like it at all.
i tried their garlic knots for the 1st time & they were unbelievable. love this place... if you ever want to what pizza should taste like, ring Billy's...

PS- One of the most beautiful and clean bathroom i have ever seen . They have a TV in bathroom.

I called ahead of time and ordered a large pie and wings. Was told I would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived 20 minutes later and stood outside for 25 more minutes waiting for the order. Won t be back. Oh and the pizza was cold

Regularly cancels our order because they are outside the delivery zone . What is the zone? No idea... seems to be completely random. When you get the food, the consistency is all over the place. Sometimes it s amazing, more often it s stale and cold. So this is a great place, provided you catch them at a time when they actually deliver and the food is fresh. I d say that happens about 2/5 times, thus, the rating.

Best pizza place hands in brooklyn. They're clean, not pricey, and fast. They always have a large variety of pizza slices. I had the vodka slice and zeppoles and everything was great.

I thought they're pizza was amazing, the pasta is sooooo good. I ordered the grilled chicken alfredo...I called them to say how good it was! The next day I got the pasta with vodka sauce with grilled chicken, my fiance partially ate the entire order by himself. I even got my sister who isn't a big pasta eater into it too. Listen everything here is good so go a head and eat it already!

This place is surprisingly good. The pizza is not oily and the dough seemed fresh and not made from frozen product. I ordered the veggie pizza slices that had a pile of grilled veggies on it. Not too cheesy and very yummy. It's also very reasonable

When I first saw the spot I thought it might not be any good, but it was it was better than the one I ate a day ago a matter of fact it taste better than the other 8 pizza shop I ate this week.
