The white gourmet pizza was great as it was loud and in your face. The ricotta cheese sauce and garlic and the crust was the best NY pizza yet. But I ordered another one of the gourmet pizza's, and the crust tasted like it was the 99 cent pizza. I recommend the G. white pizza, but I'd suggest a side of red pizza sauce for dipping&it compliments the pizza. It was filling, and I ate 2 pieces on delivery and 1 the next day. I threw it away ONLY because it had gotten stale in the fridge after 3 days. It would feed 3 easily. I am hard to please here in NYC and the food. But Billy's, I'll recommend even when I go back south.
