Be better before finding good food at the cafeteria

the car is too big and cluttered as well as the lack of chairs around the department store
so older once answered have the option forums to rest their legs and maybe stay a little longer

Very remodel .. fight big and unmanageable. Not comfortable being inside. The arrangement of items can be super confusing. Have to run a lot back and forth in this car

Too big. If you forget a beer or milk, you have to walk a few hundred meters extra, but of course it is good for fitness, but not so good if you stand in line at the checkout

Should buy TV. There was super good service there. Went to the toilet while a young man showed my husband div.tv's and did not have to go out through the box. (2nd last). An angry mug asked me to go in again, I needed the entrance. She could only have smiled, but no. She gets the 3 sour and the young man in the TV department. 5 stars

Mega bad service by Bilka Odense, mini market campaign is running for 14 days yet .... but they have no more, and it is better not ... bought for a big fortune based on this campaign ... because my girls would like some more "things"

There are many items ...... long open, but we think the service has become inferior and misses the "old" bilka which was more manageable. Carls is in return quite good and although it may seem expensive it is quality for the money ...... like it is "done by order".

Many products are expensive to compete ... but you can find everything.

They have 2 chairs on offer, but when you get out there it is "unfortunately" a printing error. On the net they are still at the offer price. Or dumb do they think their customers are ????? PS I hope they have put the goods in place as we had in the cart when we discovered the fraud.

Taking a trip to Bilka on a Saturday is about as fun as a dentist's cleaning.

Bad experience in customer service. ..Har traded clothes in the grocery store for many years for the whole family ... and this one day where I experience extreme poor customer service do I occasionally return with top / tshirt about 3 weeks of purchase with receipt on the body, only because the after careful washing at 30gr. comes in side seams and so skewed that it is obvious when you take it on as patterned front also rotates.
Company employee starts by saying that she can not go back after I washed it even if there are errors on .... and that it is not skewed ... which we all could clearly see it was ... she stands and trying putting them together in a fun and completely wrong way to measure the gap is and ends looked to the nothing wrong.

I get a little ratty and corresponds to I bought a lot of clothes over the years and I also have sold clothing for a company and I therefore have no doubt clearly can clearly see the skewed ... it denies she ... I protest and ask why you suddenly have become so artificial here in the grocery store because I have never been subjected to this treatment ... She summons dept. employee and I think it was as nice. ... but she's not much wiser and apparently did not understand how to see the blouse is ... I try again to show it to them but they do not take it very seriously.
Now I am an elderly experienced lady so when I am sure in my case I do not give this up ...
I speak kindly to them as I always do to other people and say that they all measure the wrong ... This is the acidic versus "they alone know"
Eventually after much hernia end it off with that I get my money back and the words that I therefore did not speak with special nice tone to them.
It must be said that I never talk dirty or ugly words but that I probably in tone have been a bit tired of them since I of my long experience could see I was right in my case.
Afterwards I felt good enough angry and demean this treatment ... that I am considering not to buy clothes in the grocery store ever more similar to treatment I've never been exposed to.
I hope not to Bilka thought I in the future to treat us faithful customers that way fo I always thought that the grocery store has had a fine customer service ... there has never been nonsense ... but now I could then understand that we have tightened up tremendously and so much to the detriment of us who are genuine, honest and good old customers over 39 years .... so Bilka..skal I still dare to buy clothes with you or do I find another place ??

Ok prices but almost always sold out of good meat offerings before reaching out too many small stands that are bad compared to human flow around the store

It was no good experience. No staff bad signage wrong information all in all a really bad day

A bit crowdy at peek hours but excelent self check out and overall and ok good experience

We had to wait for an hour for our food in the bistro as they forgot to get our order for those who were going to make it

It is nice that it is open late and that you can shop in peace and quiet. Self-service checkouts are not my favorites.

Amazing variety and very reasonable prices. I suspect this hypermarket which has F & B as we as clothes and misc sports articles is best priced in Odense. Staff on the floor are very friendly too. Not unusual at all for all of Denmark!

Everything has a place. A large selection of goods.

Have just had a visit from my son studying in Odense with his girlfriend. They are very happy with Bilka but they lack some student offerings instead of large family purchases.

Feels like a megastore where you can find from bakery to tools to work on your car. Open space and parking lot is a plus.

Really good service, forgot a grill grate which was subsequently handed in in Information, called them and got the answer that it was with them and that I could pick it up.
