Bad experience in customer service. ..Har traded clothes in the grocery store for many years for the whole family ... and this one day where I experience extreme poor customer service do I occasionally return with top / tshirt about 3 weeks of purchase with receipt on the body, only because the after careful washing at 30gr. comes in side seams and so skewed that it is obvious when you take it on as patterned front also rotates.
Company employee starts by saying that she can not go back after I washed it even if there are errors on .... and that it is not skewed ... which we all could clearly see it was ... she stands and trying putting them together in a fun and completely wrong way to measure the gap is and ends looked to the nothing wrong.

I get a little ratty and corresponds to I bought a lot of clothes over the years and I also have sold clothing for a company and I therefore have no doubt clearly can clearly see the skewed ... it denies she ... I protest and ask why you suddenly have become so artificial here in the grocery store because I have never been subjected to this treatment ... She summons dept. employee and I think it was as nice. ... but she's not much wiser and apparently did not understand how to see the blouse is ... I try again to show it to them but they do not take it very seriously.
Now I am an elderly experienced lady so when I am sure in my case I do not give this up ...
I speak kindly to them as I always do to other people and say that they all measure the wrong ... This is the acidic versus "they alone know"
Eventually after much hernia end it off with that I get my money back and the words that I therefore did not speak with special nice tone to them.
It must be said that I never talk dirty or ugly words but that I probably in tone have been a bit tired of them since I of my long experience could see I was right in my case.
Afterwards I felt good enough angry and demean this treatment ... that I am considering not to buy clothes in the grocery store ever more similar to treatment I've never been exposed to.
I hope not to Bilka thought I in the future to treat us faithful customers that way fo I always thought that the grocery store has had a fine customer service ... there has never been nonsense ... but now I could then understand that we have tightened up tremendously and so much to the detriment of us who are genuine, honest and good old customers over 39 years .... so Bilka..skal I still dare to buy clothes with you or do I find another place ??
