My review isn't of the facility/location in Cohoes, NY but of the great customer service and product of Bilinski's which I have been eating for several years. I recently purchased some sausages that spoiled prematurely. I wrote to the company and within 1 hour had personal responses from their account management team as well as the CEO. They were genuinely interested in understanding the issue, gathering information for further investigation, and offered to provide manufacturer's coupons as remedy for my wasted money. It is a great product with equally great customer service.
I have to be honest about this sausage. I purchased the spicy chicken sausage. the smell is so rancid it is inedible. It was not expired and was temperature controlled from purchase. I was genuinely concerned having taken a bite that I was going to be violently ill. My boyfriend almost threw up as soon as he smelled it. It is absolutely rancid.
Good people! Have to be very careful if delivering/picking up, very tight corners with cars parked up to the very corner. Tiny streets for otr trucks, otherwise good.
Delicious..... have tried three types and will have this product as a regular staple in our home!
The staff is very nice. I get loaded pretty quickly when I pick up here. If you're a truck driver your GPS will take you the wrong way. The street you want to use is bridge street. Once you turn left onto bridge street your going to go over some railroad tracks. Keep driving straight until you see a bridge. Once you see the bridge make a left turn at the bridge. Once you make the left turn you will go past a fire station. Keep straight all the way down until you come to the end of the road. You will be driving through a residential street but it's enough room to manage. You will see signs to guide you in. Once you get there docking isn't bad at all. The dock is completely isolated and its a nice size area so you don't have to much to worry about.
It s pretty damn tight but capable running a 53 to this customer. Cars parked all on the sides of the street and corners too. You gota be extra, extra carful of your turns coming in and out of there.
Wonderful customer service. Sausages are the best in the world!
