Wardlaw is a leader in the field of insurance adjusting, so it was great to be able to visit and experience an introduction to property adjusting there. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the week went by smoothly. Just make sure you don't do like I did and park all the way around the other side of the building on your first day! :-D

We provided a wonderful service for a policy holder, the claims adjuster with Wardlaw claims (Chad Sharp) was not only disrespful but sat on ppwrk for 30days!!! And never completed the adjustment leaving the home owner with a lien on the home and a pending lawsuit.

STAY FAR FAR AWAY.

STAY FAR FAR AWAY.

Do not work for this company. They are very unprofessional and I ll outline my experience below. It started 1 week before the deployment started, we signed a contract to workfrom 8/20-10/28 approximately 2 months. I had other arrangements after October so this appeared perfect at first, boy was I in for a nightmare...... About a week later I was looking through my spam folder and found an email from home office saying the deployment updated and we were now contracted thru 2/28/19. Um we only had 12 people on our team and they did not have the courtesy to call. They titled the email with some weird acronym therefore gmail kicked it into spam. DUH!

I could go on and on but I ll get to the meat.

Characteristics of Wardlaw mgmt
- prejudice (they like hiring minorities w/chips on their shoulders.
-our mgmt had no idea how to handle the files she was managing, this made it very difficult as an employee because there was no one to got to for help, we had to rely on each other.
-PREJUDICE did I mention that yet, I ve never been thru a more stressful work environment where mgmt ruled with an iron first.

There are plenty of great independent firms, don t let yourself down and settle for these guys, you re careee deserves more.

Heard only good things about Wardlaw and decided to go to a 4 day class. They were very inviting, professional, and full of great teaching moments. We had a lot of fun while at the same time learning the ins and outs of the trade. I would highly recommend this company as an adjusting firm!

Turn the other direction and run away.

Turn the other direction and run away.

Terrible company. They will promise work then call up the good ole boys and fill the seats in the middle of the night. Furthermore they don t have much work and it s better to go with a larger firm. Wardlaw mgmt also bully their staff, this never happened to me but I ve witnessed mgmt talk about employees in a very non-professional manner.

I ve been an IA for 7 years and worked for 4 different firms and I ll give Wardlaw a D-
