Small shop with a large assortment located directly next to a huge bakery with a long corridor with a large one having a direct view. All this situated in an old leather factory on a large industrial site that is being renovated for small entrepreneurship and residential function. Metropolitan aspect!

Good food and drink. Of course some vd bakery included. Store itself is not that big, can be very busy. Cafe / dining area is spacious. Robert walks 1 or 2 times a day through the building. If you are lucky you spot him for a photo

There you come all the way from Dordrecht, for the first time, because our Robert buys his bread in Oisterwijk, we thought we would look it up.

Robert is a beautiful bakery with skilled and good-smiling staff, which you rarely find. A delicious assortment of breads, pastries and cakes ...

Okay it is a bit pricey but the taste is not disputable and is delicious ...

Besides the bakery is also a restaurant, the only comment I make about that is:

If the bakery's good laugh friendly staff were there too, it could be a hit ...

small store, but with a lot of products for sale. You can also look straight into the Bakery, see how all bakers are working. Gift vouchers are not yet available, but they will be in the future.

Beautiful bakery shop with very tasty products. We absolutely love the filled boluses. You can go to the cafe through a long corridor. In that corridor you can look through a glass wall in the bakery.

This place is a must-visit if you're ever in the neighbourhood. Don't let the queue scare you off. All the patisserie and breads are so fresh and delicious. I haven't tasted it like this except in France. The prices are more than reasonable too.

It was good tasty dishes and cozy.
Only the chair I sat on was badly damaged.
Point of attention, it is a shame if your clothing is damaged as a result.
Tip 2 with the coffee and / or tea at the end was nothing delicious you would still think a cookie or chocolate from Robert would be more advertising and of course delicious.

What a nice and energetic place. Craftsmanship exudes, hospitality is high here. Delicious cakes and bread in the store / bakery. We come here more often, partly because of the goodies on the (changing) menu.

Christmas brunch Christmas day. Fun. Also done last year.
Robert stood by the reception, gave us all a hand! Very nice man and that immediately made the atmosphere!
We were ten ten thirty.
Half past eleven the brunch started. At half past twelve we were finally allowed to walk to the first round. You were met by the table to walk past the buffet, this order was determined on the basis of entry. If you were in early, you could go to the buffet earlier. Pretty crooked.
Two rounds were then served at the table, nice and tasty! Came smoothly and everyone ate at the same time.
Then the desserts. Again we had to wait a long time before we could join the buffet. The people behind us had already been up and down 3 times to the buffet while we were waiting. After waiting for 45 minutes we were allowed to join. The result was that a lot was gone. We had seen the people behind us with pink glasses and bushes. These were on when we were allowed to walk. A shame because we also pay dearly!

Everything we had on our plate tasted incredibly good. But last year it was better arranged. Then there were two the same buffets and more people could walk at the same time.

Excellent. Bread, pastries, pastries, chocolate .....

Excellent. Bread, pastries, pastries, chocolate ... everything is beautiful and good. Two little flats:
-the bread (pistol) which was already very soft and difficult to chew at 11 am this morning ... especially for children :-).
-the service, the saleswoman who helped us was totally lacking in enthusiasm, limit disinterested in our presence.
It's nice to see the lab on the way to the store.
I absolutely recommend for French expatriates in need of good bread, a butter croissant or a lemon pie ...

Today visited the store of famous baker.
We expected more to visit. Store is no more than a factory interior and eating facilities rather a refectory. In the Netherlands, there are certainly bakers who look better than Robert's

The quality of the food is sublime and the service is extremely friendly. You can taste that (almost) everything is homemade and prepared with professional guidance.
Moreover, the workshops are well worth following.

Nice to take a look at "With Robert" but a tour I absolutely do not recommend. A reception with coffee, tea and a tasty pastry. Unfortunately this had to be done for 45 minutes !! last. Then the "tour" begins. Information is shared that is totally irrelevant and interesting. It is really tedious. After reporting it to the lady who gave the tour, she indicated to go through it a bit faster. I don't know what she planned to do, but I think this backfired. The tour lasted an hour. After giving some feedback, Ms did not feel it necessary to start the tour earlier because she was "too expensive" to drink coffee with us. So very high. And then the point corona. You will be seated at one table with 19 people. Nothing like a meter and a half. When Ms starts her tour, she indicates that we should stick to the measures regarding corona. By notifying the lady that we are first together with 19 people without another half meter in between, I expected an adult answer. But on the contrary, "that is your choice" no that is not our choice, where should I have sat? To the ground? Ridiculous!

Did multiple (8) courses with Robert. Started with Patisserie I. In follow-up courses many parts were repeated over and over again. Parts of end products were also regularly prepared / baked (without having experimented with them yourself). It is a pity that the description of the course gives a different impression. I kept coming back against my better judgment. The staff I dealt with were fairly friendly. Peter, the teacher and for me clearly the driving force behind the courses and the "washing up team" were great! Finally, I understand that it is a company with a profit motive, but that, for example, the Patisserie course will be increased from 450 euros to 775 euros ......
