I bought a number of products from Robert and you can taste the craftsmanship! I dare say that I have never had such delicious bread. Also followed a course. The passion of Robert and Peter radiates from it, and the way they try to teach their students something is pleasant, plenty of time and attention and, above all, a cozy atmosphere!

Too many goodies to try but the Quukskes are very tasty and nice to see Brabant flag. Furthermore, the raisin bread is also delicious. It is also nice that you can see how all the goodies are made in the hall next to the bakery. A must if you are in Oisterwijk.

Beautiful location in the former leather factory. Nice hospitality area. You can walk through a corridor; behind glass you can see the bakers working diligently. A kind of shop window actually!
Delicious pastry eaten here. Good coffee.

Although the choice of pastries was mediocre and limited, the coffee and pastries at the Kazerne were delicious. Not possible in the Kitchen of Leer. Why not? Operation and serving are in urgent need of improvement. Later in the shop there was plenty of choice of pastries. Strange. Toilet group dirty and wet. Full trash can, empty towel holder. Material and stock in the already narrow aisle.
Unfortunately a downer.

Workshop booked. However, my mother is very sick (fever, flu, cough). Asked if we can both on another day. This is not possible. I just have to come and another day for my mother. Nice gift this way. And on a day when the entire government advises people in Brabant to stay at home when they feel sick, Robert prefers having sick people at his workshop. I would have expected a little more cooperation from this company.

The bread is delicious, as are the pastries. I bought a lemon macaroon taartje and another called 'Darq' - so good. Unfortunately, they are a bit far from me, but for a special occasion, worth the drive.

Beautiful shop near the restaurant. Delicious bread, beautiful cakes and other goodies. The hazelnut paste is recommended. It's nice when you walk past the bakeries to the store through the middle entrance, so that you see the bakers behind the glass.

Had a super nice tour here with my grandparents and mother only it was a shame that the one who gave the tour already started talking while not everyone was in yet so you still miss part of the story. But otherwise it was very nice

Super cool course done with my oldest daughter, taught by Robert himself. That man knows so many tricks we have learned a lot from! Perfect for any baking amateur who wants to get even better. The atmosphere was very good, the lunch 'simple' in composition but of high quality and therefore very tasty.

Recommended if you are looking for bread, pastry or chocolate of exceptional quality. Products are very good, and the pastries are really a picture to look at. More expensive than pastries at a "normal" bakery, but really not comparable. Complex, tasteful and simply delicious. In addition to the shop, there are also opportunities for a high tea in the same building, or all kinds of courses that can be followed to become better at baking yourself.

Chic bakery with delicious artisanal bread without lactose or bread improver. And then the assortment of pastries, delicious! Lots of choice, real patisserie. Friendly service. Known from "The whole of Holland bakes". Recommended. Also open on Sunday morning.
