The best man is ab-so-luut the cake boss of the Netherlands! What a quality! Beautiful concept of the open bakery where you (behind glass) can give your eyes a living. The lunchroom / cafe is a nice place to sit. and who knows, you may still bump into the master yourself.

Bread as bread is supposed to be. On our holidays in Germany and Austria we always look forward to the "local" bread. Not that soggy stuff we can buy at our "(on) warm (end) e" bakery or something that our big grater More

Master baker Robert has a beautiful bakery in the leather factory. Behind glass, customers can follow the process of baking bread and making the cake well. All of Holland bakes for real. You pay a little more for quality products. The service was very friendly. While driving away I almost drove Robert off his bike when turning (sorry).

Beautiful store with an even nicer filled display case! Nice also that you can take a look in the back of the kitchen. And not to mention super friendly staff. And lots of goodies for sale!

I WANT TO BE THERE "

I WANT TO BE THERE "
For a 'filled gentleman' you have to want to drive. After the loss of Patisserie Van Mil is the search. For a long time we could go to Kaatsheuvel. Unfortunately, bakers also stop there. The new bakers claim that their 'Lord' has the quality. Not so.
At Robert we took the last one from the display case. At home with coffee and tea we discovered the right taste, refined food and the buttercream crispy edge. We want to get fat of that.

Very nice store in a beautiful old factory building. Good service. But, limited lunch menu and quite pricey dishes. You 'get' 3 sweet glasses on the house after dinner. Too bad this is in disposable plastic. Nice to taste the flavors. The bakery shop is beautiful with delicious bread!

We get our bread here every Saturday and Sunday. Delicious!
The disadvantage is the payment / cash register system .. There is always a problem with this and this ensures an unnecessarily long waiting time.

Both bread and pastries are recommended. The beer bread is totally worth a try! Pastries are not only pieces of art but also well balanced in terms of flavors. Next to the shop there is a long corridor that runs along the entire bakery. This is equipped with large glass plates so that you can watch the baking process as a visitor. Also fun for children. In addition, during one of our visits Robert himself showed the workshop spaces upstairs. These look good and the kitchen units are very well equipped!

March: looking forward to a music afternoon. It turned out to be extremely poorly organized: music was not audible enough. Sin! Staff not interested. Have continued to eat, but had no choice in the menu. Dessert no longer possible.
I hear from the artists that they are still not paid.

Great to see through "the shop window" how everything is made and how the bakers work. We were there on a Saturday and it was very busy in the store. While waiting we were treated to some goodies. And the bread and sausage rolls were more than worth the queue: delicious!

As a big fan, we couldn't help but order the cakes for our wedding from Robert. For all guests small white princess cakes and a large one to cut. Great! All guests were enthusiastic, we have received many compliments. Our colleagues talked for days about the delicious pastries. Very funny!
The service at Robert was also very nice. When we picked up the large order, we even got a nice sandwich for the return trip. All in all great! Then why 4 stars instead of 5? The pastry boxes were a little too full, which meant that some pastries put the cardboard in the pastry next to it. This was not possible with all pastries. For a wedding it has to be perfect, especially for this investment. Still, we will gladly come back next time with Robert!
