I am writing this review after having more than 7 years of prior experience before joined here. I have worked with more than 4 companies, but the working experience I had with this company is really awesome / totally different. Therefore, I want to share my experience with all of you. Below are some points that I would like to highlight for this company:

- Awesome work environment, every people are so cooperative / helpful so that you can groom yourself as much you can.
- Company focus on continuous learning / up-gradation of every individual by arranging knowledge sharing sessions and other learning activities.
- Quarterly 'Rewards & Recognition' program brings great motivations among the team members and make an individual proud / recognized for their great work.
- Salary review process on every six months makes your salary always competitive to match market standard.
- Company provided lunch and medical policy add extra benefits for the employees.
- Yearly outing along with regular games & activities allow people to connect with others and makes everyone refreshed.
- Last but not least, employee oriented policy making of this company makes it different from others. This company cares for employees on top of their list :)

Bigstep technologies are the most incompetent, lying team of developers I have come to work with. Their work is incomplete, does not work as described and there service is poor. Every time they fix something they break something. 2 year old bugs turn up again and again. I do not suggest anyone waste their time with this company or your money. 5 years and we have still not got a functioning site or apps that work even close to as advertised. They extort more money out of you by attempting to get you to pay a dedicated developer to solve the problems with your site that are caused by their own team and caused intentionally. They ensure that their products are coded in a way that will force you to pay more for custom work. The custom work they do does not work and often creates more problems. It s a never ending cycle. They are frauds. They will also bribe there customers to get good reviews on their software plugins and pages like this one. They have done it to me. I ve even had my entire site deleted by accident by their incompetent developers. There are 1000s of things I could add to this. Do not be their test subject and waste your money. Work life Balance: I liked the daily standup meeting here. Work-life balance depends on project to project. My project was cool. The Company uses various Project Management Tool so it is easy for us to Manage their work hours there and we can have good flexibility there.

Salary, Compensation, and Benefits: Very good. I had worked there about the 2 years and discussed with a few other team members, they looks be satisficed with all kind of compensation and salary. HR team is very helpful and they do amazing Job.

Appraisals & Increments: Good, Surprising, I got my appraisal in April 2020 where many companies were doing layoff because of Covid19.

Working, Professional Growth and Learning: Pretty much good. This is best part of company. BigStep does work on the latest technologies like MERN, MEAN, iOS, Android, RPA, Cloud. They do many knowledge sharing sessions to improve the career technical growth of employees.

Work Environment: Everyone is open for feedback. They can contact any time with HR, Founders, Managers. The culture is very good here. I can say very friendly.
