I rarely give places five star seriously it's one of the best malls I have ever been to. I was so lost in the place that I could not click many photos only at last while leaving I took one pic which is attached here. Good place must visit at least once. Loved it.

Phoenix Marketcity is a shopping mall located on the Velachery main road, Velachery.The floor area of the Mall is 10,00,000 sft. and it is the biggest Mall in Chennai.The basement is allocated for parking. The parking area is so vast that even during peak shopping days, all the vehicles are accomodated at ease. Lifts connect all the four floors and escalators in each floor elevate visitors floor to floor. Shops are located all around and there is abundant space in between for the movement of the visitors. Every floor houses shops of apparels,show rooms of all brands, footwear shops of various brands,gold and silver ornament shops, ice cream and beauty parlours. Like all the Phoenix malls across India, Phoenix Market city in Chennai doesn't fail to surprise! From the various art on display to the layout of the mall, the have nailed it. The number stores available are impressive. Loads of options to eat too, fitting everyone's budget. Would say it's the best mall in Chennai. Parking is a bit expensive tough!
Amidst the covid, they are ensuring public health and safety. I think they are spending much for these safety measurements
The mall is opened only at 11.30 am eventhough the opening time is 11am.There is no waiting place so we will have to stand in hot sunlight for over one hour.so plesase if you want to visit mall prefer after11.30 am

The go-to mall. It has mostly everything we need. Food, clothes, Hyper market, Shopping, Branded showrooms, Toys, Fun city, Food court, Gaming zone, Electronics and much more.
The mall has parking (which is costly) , there are local parking [2 wheeler] available nearby the mall (which is cheaper). Palladium is next to Phoenix , which consists of all the high class shops. We can also enter phoenix through palladium.

Best mall in Chennai. Very neatly maintained and quite accessible and has very big parking space.
What I like - Jazz cinemas(not opened yet due to covid) and quality branded shops. U have multiple options at every floor and even during the covid time they had sanitizers and neatly maintained. Food court is decent. Try chilli parota at Vasanta Bhavan and thai head massage.
What I don't like - the entrance for bike parking is way to narrow and it goes round and round. The exit payment method and cost is too high which is a serious let down. When ur not maintaining the parking space why are you charging so much?

Smoking not allowed in this area. They ask u get out from this shopping centre. At least they can arrange one or two places for smoking. U need to walk very far until main road for smoking. Also u have to walk only one way it is become big round.
The best mall in chennai and one of the best malls in south india, very vast, sophisticated and pretty decent. Really expensive and if you can spend, this is the place for you, the theatre is really good and well managed

There are many malls in Chennai. As many would agree on this and as am I clearly suggest this is the best mall in the city. Rest rooms are very well maintained by the staffs. You can do a lot of things over here. Either it would be a branded shopping with a variety of things, or for house hold purchases we do have shop like big bazaar. This mall also has IMAX theatre which is premium to watch movies. There are very good restaurants in food court with great outside view. And if you want to try some games ,surely you will not be bored here in fun city which is located inside the mall.

Huge Mall in the city at Velachery Maduvangarai, almost all top brands are showcasing their products, elite outlet and interiors. They bring in new themes often to decor the mall interior with jaint structures.
They have a sanitizing section in the entrance, they do temperature check and they maintain the place clean all the time.

It's a really good and big mall with almost all brands.it also has a pvr cinema. You can easily spend 2 hours in the mall and it has alot of food options too.

It best place to hangout with friends ,I had variety of brands with multiplex theatres,candy shops, playing zones,food courts ,top brands ,toy train for children, OAT (OPEN AIR THEATRE) FOR variety of shows,with parking lot but that is too expensive 50 per hour. You would like the ambiance over there and aura is very pleasing over there. In evening you would not feel like you are in Chennai because of its serenity. Main thing is that SHOPPERS STOP is also there .There's a liquor shop over there inside Mall. You would take time to explore the whole place.

Like any other malls, Phoenix is to hang around....in Chennai, malls r the best options to hang around as we can't do much outside due to hot weather....it has almost all the branded stores...pizza hut, dominos, Burger King, KFC....almost all fast food joints...rajdhani, main land China, so many options...parking fee is exorbitant...and yes of course one has to walk a lot....luxe cinema is very gud.. so overall a good option...
Parking is so hectic in such a huge mall, poorly planned parking management.
Pretty cool place to hang out with friends. This is where Luxe and Starbucks are, so if you're into those then you're good. Few events also happen both inside and outside, like musical performances and theatrical enactments so don't be surprised if you walk into one. The ceilings look pretty fancy and floors are shiny at some parts of the mall if you're into that interior design type thing.
This mall is a pretty cool place to hang out with friends and is also a nice place to spend a weekend and relax with family and relatives. The mall is well maintained and the shopping experience is really great.
The new Palladium mall is separate for luxury products. The seasonal decorations at the mall are really engaging with the public.
Parking for 2-wheeler is Rs.50 per hour and for Four wheeler is Rs.30 per hour.
We can park 2-wheelers outside of this mall ie. in private parking @ Rs. 20 per hour

Felt good to be back to Phoenix after lockdown lift up...all the big brands and shops are open and follow safety measures to make you feel safe...with sanitisers all checks all in place...
They have amazing infrastructure. Mall was very clean and hygienic. The only problem is that only ground floor washroom was open. Rest are closed in all floors.
Still able to bring in people in flocks even during the pandemic, you will have a good time here.
Phoenix Mall is quite big enough to full fill your desire and needs at one place.
All most all the big brands are under one roof..like People, Zara, Pantaloons, H&M, Marks & Spencer, etc.
There are food courts on the 3rd and 4th place like Burger King, KFC, etc. There is valet parking and enough space for parking.
Overall, one could enjoy there day with a wide range of fantasy of choices.
And for affordable price Big bazaar would be best.
You don't know what to do in weekends!!! Phoenix market City is one among the many best places to visit in Chennai n more over u definitely can buy things there if u have a wallet full of credit cards or a card with 5digit money in the month end . Trust me u can get almost everything that u seek with a brand name.Its a good place to spend time like u wish n they do organise Pretty events around 6pm in the evening at weekends. There will be an event organised insdie the mall where u get some rewards when u participate willingly.You do have parking facilities for both 2 n 4 wheelers where you'll be charged with the matter of time u spend inside the mall.
Absolutely marvelous place. Has huge size maps at every floor to show where you are and where your destination is. Huge size touch screens to pinpoint your destination. Lots of good shops and eateries. Excellent cleanliness and security staff who can also tell your destination. Just prices are a bit too high but that's the shops mall is excellent.

This place is cool, but I don't say this is to be the best mall in Chennai. First, Velachery roads are always busy and there is no proper pedestrian crossing. Two, parking. Yes parking is bit costly, but the roads are at their worst outside mall. Not a good idea to driver your bike/car. Even if you drive, park outside in Annachi parking. Anyone around there knows. Well, again as far as I know, there is no spar and I love Spar. Personal reason though! Overall, good place, but be cautious about parking.

This place was quite calm...place looked good...inside phoenix mall....food was tasty...i tried a non alcoholic cocktail, banana leaf wrapped fish and white chocolate mousse...all were tasty and yummy...this place has bar set up too and the bar setup area was lavish...lodging available...since this is in Phoenix, parking is not a problem...good place to hang out with friends and family....food is tasty...good place for business discussions too....

One of the best malls in Chennai. Huge space to hand around. Almost all the great retail brands have an outlet here. I'm sure once it is fully opened, it will be bustling with more shoppers. The approach road is always jammed with heavy traffic which can be a bummer. Take a cab, especially if you are visiting on weekends.
