I have been working full-time from last 3 year with Bigstep, I can say that the best part of this organization is you can feel like home and everyone stays like a family.
The work culture is also good, and seniors are always there for you to guide and explain every single thing till your satisfaction.

The HR team is very cooperative and always listen to your problems. I don't know how they able to make sure each of us are being acknowledged. Apart from HR other teams are also good which create a cool atmosphere to work.
