Jerry Biggers Chevrolet is now my first choice for car shopping moving forward. Please read about my experience and why you need to purchase a vehicle from these guys. Mike (Sales Manager), Randy (Salesman) and Russell (Finance Manager) are all amazing guys and a pleasure to deal with. I was having trouble with other dealerships sticking with their price or trying to screw me, not these guys. I saw the car I wanted online called the dealership spoke with Mike. Mike told me the vehicle wouldn t arrive for 3 days and he provided me a price quote via E-mail and over the phone, same day, within an hour. Three days later Mike called me and asked when I could come in. I arrive Mike connected me with Randy, we went for a test drive. Randy was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, walked me through everything and knew the vehicle very well. He actually sold me the car and was enthusiastic about it. New vehicle have a ton of tech and features he knew them all. When it came down to purchasing the price the quoted price was the actual price they E-mailed me 3 days earlier, no extra BS, the price was the price. No bait and switch, everything was legit. I was amazed, wow and ethical dealership with ethical employees. I already had good financing walking into the dealership. I wanted to leave with the vehicle the same day and was reluctant to give them my information. I asked them to give me a few minutes to think, they left me alone for a few minutes, no pressure sales which I loved! After a few minutes gave them my information they ran my info. Russell knew the banks very well and who would offer me what we went through a few different scenarios. Another aspect that was great, no pressure, they found me financing options that worked good for me. They even got me .49% cheaper financing than I already had walking into the door. We walked through everything and I signed the paperwork. Mike had the car washed and filled with a full tank of gas. Randy sat in the car with me again and walked me through the vehicle again. What a great experience. At no point did I feel like I was sitting around and just wasting time at the dealership. It was a great experience and will shop from Jerry Biggers again. Thanks Mike, Randy and Russell you guys are all awesome.

Bought a lot of cars and trucks over the years but this was by far the easiest purchase yet. Our salesman Todd Sauer was absolutely fantastic. He listened to our concerns and our wants and presented us with options. He didn't just push one vehicle. The sales manager Joe was exceptional as well. One exchange of a financial "deal" and we were done. Once we agreed upon a truck and price we were out the door in about 1 hour. Everything about this purchase felt good. No buyers remorse the next morning or didn't leave saying I think I could have done better. Will absolutely be back.

Neil is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He didn't try to sell me top of the line equipment, he told me what was best for the car and tried to save me as much money as possible. He accepted a coupon I had and asked if I had any more. I told him I thought I had free towing service for up to 5 years. He said he didn't believe so but he checked with the sales team called me back with the good news that I do have free towing service and gave me a phone number for me to contact them. He then told me they may have to do a diagnostics test if the new charger didn't work. He called me back and told me the charger worked and they would not need to do a diagnostics test. He was so happy to give me the "Good News"! Neil went above and beyond. Thanks Neil :)

I had the pleasure of working with Randy.
So in Dec of 2020 I came into the dealership to test drive a 2021 Equinox. I loved it of course but the price was just unaffordable for me. Randy was so patient and answered all my questions and never pressured me into even running my credit. I sat there for awhile with him and eventually left deciding it just wasn't a good decision at the time. I researched for a few months different vehicles and Randy checked in periodically but not annoyingly or aggressively at all. Fast forward to March 2021, I came back to Biggers and back to Randy to check out a 2021 Trailblazer that was more in my budget. Unfortunately the size was too small for my little family but Randy was able to look on his system and find me a certified pre-owned Equinox FULLY loaded with super low mileage. My experience was amazing. The car is amazing. Randy is amazing! If you're even slightly unsure, go see Randy. He never made me feel rushed or pressured not even for a second. I plan on keeping this car for a very long time but when I need s new vehicle, I can only hope Randy will still be working at Biggers Chevrolet!

I just wanted to drop few words how wonderful the customer service is at your dealership. You really do strive for high quality. I stopped by at your location 1385 E Chicago St. 12/10/20 for oil exchange and your service staff took care my car right away. Besides is service staff reminded to me some upcoming service that I have to budget in future. When I was called with the issue and talked with service director Mr. Gutierrez he had assured me that he will authorize order parts in advance when I will be ready for my next car service and therefor it will not take for long to repair my car. I have never been able to find a reliable auto repair shop that I trusted in the past. I feel I am comfortable bringing my car to Jerry Biggers Chevrolet shop.
