I had the pleasure of working with Randy.
So in Dec of 2020 I came into the dealership to test drive a 2021 Equinox. I loved it of course but the price was just unaffordable for me. Randy was so patient and answered all my questions and never pressured me into even running my credit. I sat there for awhile with him and eventually left deciding it just wasn't a good decision at the time. I researched for a few months different vehicles and Randy checked in periodically but not annoyingly or aggressively at all. Fast forward to March 2021, I came back to Biggers and back to Randy to check out a 2021 Trailblazer that was more in my budget. Unfortunately the size was too small for my little family but Randy was able to look on his system and find me a certified pre-owned Equinox FULLY loaded with super low mileage. My experience was amazing. The car is amazing. Randy is amazing! If you're even slightly unsure, go see Randy. He never made me feel rushed or pressured not even for a second. I plan on keeping this car for a very long time but when I need s new vehicle, I can only hope Randy will still be working at Biggers Chevrolet!
