Jerry Biggers Chevrolet is now my first choice for car shopping moving forward. Please read about my experience and why you need to purchase a vehicle from these guys. Mike (Sales Manager), Randy (Salesman) and Russell (Finance Manager) are all amazing guys and a pleasure to deal with. I was having trouble with other dealerships sticking with their price or trying to screw me, not these guys. I saw the car I wanted online called the dealership spoke with Mike. Mike told me the vehicle wouldn t arrive for 3 days and he provided me a price quote via E-mail and over the phone, same day, within an hour. Three days later Mike called me and asked when I could come in. I arrive Mike connected me with Randy, we went for a test drive. Randy was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, walked me through everything and knew the vehicle very well. He actually sold me the car and was enthusiastic about it. New vehicle have a ton of tech and features he knew them all. When it came down to purchasing the price the quoted price was the actual price they E-mailed me 3 days earlier, no extra BS, the price was the price. No bait and switch, everything was legit. I was amazed, wow and ethical dealership with ethical employees. I already had good financing walking into the dealership. I wanted to leave with the vehicle the same day and was reluctant to give them my information. I asked them to give me a few minutes to think, they left me alone for a few minutes, no pressure sales which I loved! After a few minutes gave them my information they ran my info. Russell knew the banks very well and who would offer me what we went through a few different scenarios. Another aspect that was great, no pressure, they found me financing options that worked good for me. They even got me .49% cheaper financing than I already had walking into the door. We walked through everything and I signed the paperwork. Mike had the car washed and filled with a full tank of gas. Randy sat in the car with me again and walked me through the vehicle again. What a great experience. At no point did I feel like I was sitting around and just wasting time at the dealership. It was a great experience and will shop from Jerry Biggers again. Thanks Mike, Randy and Russell you guys are all awesome.
