His initial introduction was friendly and informative and described a position that interested me.
He arranged an initial interview with himself at the client premises within a couple of days of first contact.

By far the most professional recruitment agency I've ever dealt with. No bias here as still awaiting result from my interview, however I've had major issues with other recruiters in the past so to deal with people as excellent as Big Red (particularly Emily) truly is a breath of fresh air!

Had two interviews recently with this agency for jobs with IT companies. One with Niki Smith at INVU Northampton and the other with Hayley Rogers and Tom Hall for Atheon Analytics in Milton Keynes.
I've had no feedback/phone call/email despite being told by one of their agents that she would call the next day with feedback after a call I made to her.
It's disappointing that there are recruitment agents so eager to put you forward for jobs from which they earn their commission and living only to drop you like a stone when they realise you are no longer any use to them and not going to earn them any money as you haven't got the job.
Needless to say I won't be using this outfit again.
