Chris approached me directly after finding my profile on LinkedIn.
His initial introduction was friendly and informative and described a position that interested me.
He arranged an initial interview with himself at the client premises within a couple of days of first contact.
When I met with Chris in person he confirmed all of the details we had discussed by phone and made sure I was aware of the process. Following the initial interview Chris continued to remain in contact with me until he was finally able to confirm a second interview.
Having sent me preparatory information for the interview and process he was quick to check how I felt after the interview and continued to liaise with the client to confirm a job offer.
I have subsequently put Chris in contact with one of my colleagues who is also job hunting at the moment.
In conclusion I would be happy to recommend BigRed as a recruitment agency to any of my colleagues.
