Very professional. Over the last few months I have dealt with a number of recruitment consultants. In this instance I found Pete and Big Red to be a 'breath of fresh air'! Pete understood what I was looking for and understood my experience and background and matched me very well to one of his clients. Following my first conversation with Pete I understood what the next steps in the process would be and when they would happen. There was no deviation from this, so when Pete said something would happen, it did! This was one of the reasons why I took the role that I did, as there was no messing around or waiting. It was this interview experience that gave me the comfort that I was making the right decision to take the role. Since starting my new role, Pete has followed this up to see how things are going.
