United Country Stevenson Realty & Auction Services Review

I emailed this company several times about a property. Never did I receive a response.

JoAnne White sold us our home in Canby, CA in July of 2017 and in November of 2020 she listed it for us and got it sold. We have moved out of state but if we ever decide to move back or to buy property in CA or NV JoAnne will be the one we call.

Had my property listed for 9 or so months now. Not one offer....the price was low, I showed it several times when I had it on craigslist but the amount of calls was a ton so I decided to get an agent. I was working with Jennifer. After all those months of her telling me that people would call but never wanted to see it I had my friend call on it to see if he would get a call back/what they said to him. He never even got a call back. No wonder its not selling....they werent calling back people curious on it.

we have bought property from santa cruz,ca to redding,ca we were always treated honestly and profesionally till we made the mistake of using united country stevenson realty, broker sandra jo stevenson .we would drive 100 miles out of our way to avoid them . be very very careful using them. there aren't any negative stars so to post this i have to click 1

What a pompas bunch. Wanted info on some property was greeted before getting to the door, with we only take appointments.Was quickly profiled by the women that met us. Was given a card of Jennifer to call for appointment, called her NEVER RETURNED my CALL. Thank God there are other realtors in Modoc Co.

I ve waited to post this but there is hardly a day goes by I don t still feel bad about my experience with Nadine .I don t know what happened but something changed after we listed , we did not get what we wanted for house and there was very little communication only in emails and text , she didn t even call when it sold .Not worth paying the high interest rate of 7percent .I have sold a few houses this was a very bad experience!
