The company I work for rush ordered a sign, Big City Print said that would be no problem, and that they would move some projects around and we would be charged a rush fee to meet our tight deadline. I approved the proof and estimate they provided. They asked me for the address so that the sign could be installed that day, and I gave it to them. However, the sign was never installed. I followed up via phone and email multiple times on the status of the project just to get no response. We were very disappointed with the unreliable and unprofessional service - I don't recommend them to anyone.
This shop is my favorite of many, their knowledge of graphics and signage applications is broad and there isnt much these guys can't do. Keep up the good work.
