The company I work for rush ordered a sign, Big City Print said that would be no problem, and that they would move some projects around and we would be charged a rush fee to meet our tight deadline. I approved the proof and estimate they provided. They asked me for the address so that the sign could be installed that day, and I gave it to them. However, the sign was never installed. I followed up via phone and email multiple times on the status of the project just to get no response. We were very disappointed with the unreliable and unprofessional service - I don't recommend them to anyone.
