I have used Big Blue for a few years now and have found them to be extremely reliable. It's often difficult to find dependable people in the OBX who get the job done in a timely manner; Big Blue seems to be the exception. Not only have they provided great service for my pool and spa, they have also anticipated problems and made suggestions that resulted in cost savings. I highly recommend Big Blue Services.
Big Blue Saved the Day! We rented a property from Twiddy the week of 28 July 2018 in Corolla. By Monday, we had accumulated a lot of sand in the pool. We were having a wedding reception around the pool on Thursday, so we wanted to get the pool cleaned, to have it looking nice. We offered to pay extra to have them come out. When I called Twiddy, I was told they absolutely would not come out to clean the pool. We offered to pay extra to have them come out. They still refused. The lady read from a script stating that although the sand may be unsightly, it did not contain bacteria, would not affect the chemicals and would not hurt the pool filter system. I took matters into my own hands and called Big Blue on Wednesday. They were willing to come out the same day, but when I explained we wanted to make sure the pool was clean for Thursday afternoon, they agreed to come out between 2 and 4 PM on Thursday. They arrived by 230pm and did an excellent job! I would recommend this service to anyone getting stiff-armed by their rental company.

They have been extremely responsive to our renters as well as our needs. Big Blue has done a tremendous job keeping our pool and spa in perfect shape. Is there anything these guys don't do? I don't think so! These guys are super knowledgeable and experts in their field. The most professional outfit I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with on the Outer Banks! I highly recommend their services.

We have been using Big Blue Services for several months and we are extremely happy with their work and services. They go above and beyond with their work. (which is almost unheard of these days) We feel very fortunate to have them and highly recommend them. They take care of our pool and yard as well as keep a extra watchful eye on our property. No matter when I contact them, they respond very quickly and kindly.

I have used Big Blue Services for my rental house for the past two years. I could not be more pleased. Big Blue is a much better service the one I had previously.
