I had to update my original review. The person on the phone was extremely incompetent he repeated my order 3 times, ignored me when I said I had a coupon, and STILL messed up my order. He charged me for chicken & fries when the word chicken never even came out of my mouth, I m a vegetarian! to top it all off they forgot my broasted potatoes all together. When I called them to complain they told me they would deliver the potatoes to my house and give me the refund for the chicken. It took them a whole hour to deliver the potatoes (even though I was 8 minutes away)and the driver didn t have my refund!!! He said he was going to drive back to the store to get it. At that point I was fed up I was at my in laws house and I wasn t willing to wait any longer. I ended up driving up there myself to get my money. Biggest nightmare I have ever experienced dealing with food. No food is worth that kind of hassle
