Hotel of the first level has everything is super detail in customer service

Good place to hold conferences or social events. Ideal place to stay in Tegucigalpa.

Beautiful Hotel, it hurts that it has a location not very accessible.

The location is good, safe, the bed is comfy - but the quality of everything is very inconsistent. We are supposed to get 2 waters each day in our room, some days we get 0, some days we get 1... some days we get fresh hand towels, some days we get none.
They empty the garbage cans (except when they don t) and clean the shower, but don t clean the hair off the bathroom floor? For days? With 3 women in this room?! Ew. The room service was ordered 5 times during my 10 day stay, because the buffet at dinner was the same food every single day. Or you can sit in the extemely loud bar, which you can hear the music in your room at 12am in a weekday, from the 4th floor. Room service: 4/5 times were awful - I still tipped them well though, because I didn t realize how bad it was until they left. Finally the last time I called and complained. The food is free after 45mins, it came at 44m 59s literally! I paid - no extra tip - and explain that once again they forgot a side sauce I asked for (and was very clear since they forgot it before) - I sit down to eat after almost an hour of ordering - and my food is ice cold. Apparently they can t refund my money - and I leave first thing in the morning - so I go to bed hungry and out $22. Big fail IMO. The big conference room has terrible a/c, the sauna is supposed to be on the 3rd floor! The other conference room was basically a walk in fridge, with mildewy smelling carpets and a terrible sound system. This is a nice place if you won t be spending a lot of time here and only sleep and shower. Unless it happens to be when they shut the water off for extended periods...

My Gym preferred for the convenience of being open 24 hours and with a secure parking lot.

One of the best hotels in Tegucigalpa and the largest, with large rooms for large events, as well as the one with the best view of the city for being the highest. Very safe because it is adjacent to the Casa Rosada where the President of Honduras works. They have two large underground parking spaces and an external one adjacent to the hotel. It is one of the two 5-star hotels and with all the services one might seek, including sauna baths, massages, a large swimming pool on the ground floor, gift shop, bar, a large terrace with a great view of the city and equipped.

A very complete hotel with good service and comfortable rates inside the hotel, we can visit its restaurants, cafes and bar, to have a very good experience

It is ridiculous that in their "sports bar", "winners" have no more than the basic cable and can not see sporting events for payment, I had never seen such a poor proposal for a place of "prestige".

We went to have a coffee, but we did not have an experience like we imagined, we did not find what we were looking for, the coffee very badly made and the pastry quite to be desired for being the beginning of the year are without interest to give a good image.

Excellent place with the expected Marriott quality. It is a good place to visit, either for work or tourism. Alone or with the family. The pool is heated. Well equipped gym, massages, restaurant, cafe.

Special and cordial treatment ... they must take care of the details of the facilities because some things (curtains, chairs, washbasin) are neglected.

Clean, elegant, exceptional guest service, 2 great restaurants, outdoor pool with bar. Pool area turns into dance/live music and dj. Centrally located with taxis on demand.

They nickle and dime you for everything. I did my reservation online and it said my breakfast was included and when I get to hotel they charged me $40 for breakfast for two. The towles in our room smelled like feet. The little things just add up to a bad experience. Stay at the Hyatt or another local hotel.

I went to a restaurant that is located there called winger a sour sauce (the sauce was not like that) the carrot that accompanied the all talludas (old) wings and the other dishes too expensive for the quantity .. There are better restaurants

I have not stayed here, but I've been to events and eaten at the bar. For events it is highly recommended, has good parking, excellent location and very spacious rooms
