How terrible that from one moment to another you turn off the music and in seconds you will receive the bill. Turn on the lights. And for outside is that you go. Unpleasant that you ask for some slices of lemon and never take it to the table. A bad experience is worth more than 1000 times to share it everywhere. They leave much to be desired in customer service. Waiters danced with the same clients. I suggest some gregarious instincts. It is a constructive criticism. Hopefully improve the points of opportunity. In the good performance of its functions.

I had to change my rating for two reasons:
1) The hotel is overpriced.
2) Worst New Year's Party

My family and I payed for this New Year's Party that was in our perspective too overpriced for what we received in exchange. Maybe as a group our opinions could be different, but in my personal case, I would not pay to go to this hotel for several reasons other than the New Year's Party. One of them having awful food, that makes you feel unappreciated or unwelcomed. Most of the staff is really nice and very polite, but that's just about it. Decoration is meh...no variety, nothing interesting, so for the price you pay for a room in this hotel, you easily go somewhere else where things are a little better and less expensive.

Very old Marriott hotel in Tegucigalpa. Room is spacious but not up to date. Amenities are limited. Service was attentive. Close to the mall / movie. Power was down twice during my 4-night stay. I m a Bonvoy member and that s why I chose this hotel, but I ll choose another one next time.

The Marriott s motto is welcome home. The staff members are sincere when they say it. Very warm and welcoming atmosphere. It s a pleasure to stay here and explore the city. There are many things to see and do close to the hotel. It s much safer then people lead you to believe. If you re going to Tegucigalpa you need to stay at the Marriott.
