The location is good, safe, the bed is comfy - but...

The location is good, safe, the bed is comfy - but the quality of everything is very inconsistent. We are supposed to get 2 waters each day in our room, some days we get 0, some days we get 1... some days we get fresh hand towels, some days we get none.
They empty the garbage cans (except when they don t) and clean the shower, but don t clean the hair off the bathroom floor? For days? With 3 women in this room?! Ew. The room service was ordered 5 times during my 10 day stay, because the buffet at dinner was the same food every single day. Or you can sit in the extemely loud bar, which you can hear the music in your room at 12am in a weekday, from the 4th floor. Room service: 4/5 times were awful - I still tipped them well though, because I didn t realize how bad it was until they left. Finally the last time I called and complained. The food is free after 45mins, it came at 44m 59s literally! I paid - no extra tip - and explain that once again they forgot a side sauce I asked for (and was very clear since they forgot it before) - I sit down to eat after almost an hour of ordering - and my food is ice cold. Apparently they can t refund my money - and I leave first thing in the morning - so I go to bed hungry and out $22. Big fail IMO. The big conference room has terrible a/c, the sauna is supposed to be on the 3rd floor! The other conference room was basically a walk in fridge, with mildewy smelling carpets and a terrible sound system. This is a nice place if you won t be spending a lot of time here and only sleep and shower. Unless it happens to be when they shut the water off for extended periods...
