After hearing about my daughter s great experience getting her bike here, I called and spoke with Jason as well and was greeted with top notch service and expertise. His knowledge and patience made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. We ll be back to get bikes for my wife and son! Can t say enough positive things about Bicycle Sports. They have found lifelong customers in us.

We bought two road bikes from Bicycle Sports (Bob & Jason) and had a wonderful experience. We were never rushed or "talked into" buying something. We made several visits (due to our odd schedules) in order to find the right bikes for us and were met with patience each time. You can tell how much Bob & Jason love cycling and want to give that to their customers by finding the right bike for each individual. Bob & Jason were great to work with, accommodating, knowledgeable, and have great products in their store. We are excited to start riding our new bikes!

Absolute disappointment!!! I took my bike in for a tune up and a new back tire, they had my bike for damn near 3 weeks and didnt do a single thing, I called in multiple time each time they said they were working on it come to find out it sat there for weeks doing nothing,all they are is lying cheapskates who will try to rip you off for work they didnt even do. Never going back, never recommending this place to anybody!!!!!!!!!!

I recently purchased a new mountain bike at Bicycle Sports and had quite an excellent experience. Jason worked with me to find a bike that perfectly aligned with my riding needs and fell within my budget. He is extremely knowledgable, helpful, and friendly. I have purchased bikes at several shops over the years and this was by far my most pleasant bike buying experience. As an added bonus, the shop also provides great care to their customers throughout the life of the bike with great tune ups and maintenance. Big thanks to Jason and Bicycle Sports!!

It is always a pleasure to bring my business here. Super friendly staff, always helpful, and they even handle special orders for my trike! All at very fair prices. My tricross bike that I bought last summer is one of the best bikes I have ever bought. They found a bike that fit me and my needs perfectly.

first time stopping in, the person that helped me was great! friendly, knowledgeable and chatted me up for quite a while as I was in "research" mode -- 2nd time stopping in, the thinly built person was not very friendly at all. but the only reason I decided to post a comment is now their website is showing a "specialized rebate MAY apply" - and after 5 minutes of research on Specialized's website, neither of the bikes they have added that icon to are qualified... these are holdovers, and clearly they want them gone, but that seems utterly deceptive to me... buyer beware

Anniversary sale on their website states that all bikes are on sale, even 2018 s. Went into store searching for two 2018 specialized models. The gentleman informed me that rather than a sale price, he would offer me 10% of the value of the bike back in accessories. Very misleading and bad practice. I will buy the bikes at Erik s bike shop instead.

I own a gallery downtown, I have been riding and racing bmx since I was a boy. Never in my life have I experienced such ineptitude in a so-called professional repair shop. My single gear cruiser has been effectively held hostage for over three months, now ten days past its promised return, and still no repair. So now I have to go pick it up, unrepaired after nearly a month without it in Summer and take it to their competitor. The manager took no ownership, in fact the buck was passed onto me in that it needed to be fixed and some how a single speed cruiser is like working on a rocket. Yet the point of their getting the bike in the first placed was for repair. Lastly I had went to them the day after the theft of another bike. I was going to them for the build of my replacement. However, after not receiving my bike I took my new one to Honest Bike Shop and the build (a disassembled boxed bike mind you) was done and the complete bike back to me in the same day. We ride hard!! Don't waste your time unless NOT riding your bike is what you are after.

I initially went into the store just to inquire about prices and what type of specialized bike was in my budget. Everyone in the store was very accommodating they answered all of my questions. They also provided insight on things that I could do better. They took the time to get to know me as a person not just a potential sale. They found the exact bicycle that was going to suit my needs. I truly recommend visiting the store because they will help you even if you re not there to buy today but they will help you be a better informed consumer. I ended up coming back two hours later to buy the bicycle that I had originally looked at. So from the bottom my heart thank you ALL of bicycle sports for helping me get the perfect bicycle.

Awesome staff who provide excellent guidance and service without being aggressively sales-driven. They take the time to understand their customers rather than pushing for a quick sale.

I purchased my first road bike from Bob the owner about 7 years ago. He was very accommodating, letting me ride 3 bikes for about 45 min each! The other shops in town were not very open to this, some even quite rude. Hey, when your spending a small fortune on these things you want it to fit. Thanks Bob! As the years pass we have purchased other bikes from the shop as well, kids bikes and mountain bikes. The whole staff is super to work with. Also, they are always open to chat. I did my 1st gravel race this spring so stopped to talk with Bob about tires, etc...Priceless! As a small business owner of almost 20 yrs myself, I really appreciate a shop (business) like this place.

I really enjoy biking and they have helped me a lot. I traded the bike I had since high school and bought a new one. They helped me make sure I got the one that was best for the type of riding I do. They know a lot and they teach new things about my bike. I had a unfortunate year with a injury that was work related. I didn't get a chance to use my bike trainer. So they didn't even charge me to switch my tire back to a road tire. Then later I crashed my bike and was convinced I did it. Instead they looked at the damage to my bike and trying to work with the manufacturer to see what might have happened. They could have just told charged me for repair and blame me but they didn't. I am so glad I got my bike here because they have always been truthful with me. I thought I needed a new bike seat but they were able to do some readjustments. I didn't need to spend money on a new seat. They stand by their products and will always give their best advice. They have made my biking experience better and will always suggest them.

Had nothing but great service and pleasant experiences here. Highly recommend, they have my loyalty!!!

Just picked up my bike and paid $85. I feel nothing was done to my bike. I regret not ask what have done to my bike while in the store. My bike was perfectly working to begin with, except needed air in one of the tire. I am not an avid biker. I thought clean up the gunks from the chain and lubricate was part of the tune up/ maintenance.

We came into the store to purchase our first road bikes. Despite having a steep learning curve, Jason took the time to explain different bikes, how they work/sizing, basic maintenance, helmets, you name it! He erased any nerves we had and increased our excitement to get on the roads! It was very obvious that Jason, and everyone else who works there, love biking and sharing what they know. We will definitely be using this store for all of our biking needs!

I have been a customer of Bicycle Sports for almost 10 years! I am a daily rider and I got my first real mountain bike (Raleigh Mojave 29) from them back in 09. This past week I finally got the machine I have been drooling over for many months now! I went over to the big boy side and got a Specialized Fatboy 19. I just love this bike! I feel as if I can ride through anything. Just a LOT of fun! I can't wait for the snow now...
The owner Bob and manager Jason are great! Very knowledgable and always helpful. They get me on my way as soon as possible. I have my bikes in there at least twice a year for tune-ups and always have had great service in a timely manner. They back up their products and have a top notch service department.
Frankly, I won't go anywhere else. Support our local businesses!

Purchased a brand new bike. First ride out the chain snaps, ruining the grips, scratching the frame and resulted in personal injury. When confronted about this issue I was instructed to contact the chain manufacturer and was given a patronizing speech about how a drive chain works. Only after threatening litigation was my bike restored to proper condition. Fast forward thirty days. My chain is now slipping (probably due to cassette damage from the prior incident) once again I was patronized about chain maintenance. Needless to say my problem still persists after being "serviced." One week return policy.... I would strongly recommend choosing a different bike shop. This one left me feeling like a grifted fool.

I come in here at least once a week to either buy something or with a question. It's getting ridiculous. But the workers are always so incredibly helpful! Just today I went in to have a part fixed, and the guy who repaired it let me go to the back to watch and showed me what he was doing. So friendly. Also, they have the best inventory and deals in town. Cannot recommend enough.

Bob was very patient as he took the time to explain the different options I had with a bike purchase for a family member. I highly recommend Bicycle Sports for an informed purchase.

Nice shop, not willing to part with old inventory. If you are in the market for a Raleigh bike, search Raleigh's corporate discount, you can buy your bike direct with free shipping for substantially less! I bought a current model Tokul 2 for $100 less!

Tried to visit, browse, look for a bike maybe. Dude blocked us from entering and had no interest in treating us like customers. When someone seeks you out wanting to give you money, don't stand in the door blocking them. Wet will never go back.

Took my daughter's "new" bike in to get the brakes serviced. They told me they couldn't get to it for a week and it would be >$100. I only spent $40 on the bike. Went somewhere else for cheaper and they did it on the spot.

This is the greatest store in the area. All salesman know what is happening.

They have bike stuff & I visit about once per year. I've found the staff are not particularly friendly - often indifferent & sometimes downright rude.
