Nice place to go for the day. Not any super discounts like outlets in America. I wouldn't visit often as there isn't much else to the place but free parking is a bonus

A nice place to visit and get some good clothes. and nice seating areas with plenty of greenery
Wouldn't call it an outlet village as the prices are ridiculous. A mixture of virtual queues for some and not all shops gets confusing. The place is nice and clean but thats about it.
Great ambiance. Great location ample parking. Lots of brand outlets. Good discount. Shopping for all. Cheers
Great values items and amazing shops to shop as well as to eat. Free parking which is great! And very helpful and friendly staff throughout. Great measures for Covid-19 as they take your temperature before you go in and sanitize your hands in every location.
Regarding COVID. The staff were very good testing you for your temperature before you were allowed in and the actual shops controlled things well
Not good that masks were not made compulsory as social distancing was non existent in the walkways. Groups of people taking up the walkway space no masks
Glad to get out. Won t be back
Not the fault of the Village but clearly a lot of people don t care. I would say about 25% work masks.
Superb place for shopping with mind boggling sale! Don t forget to register for the VIP pass, it will give you further discount on most purchases
Was an absolute nightmare. We travelled over 2 hours to find out they are using a digital queue system which was absolutely awful... Gutted
Nice place, good parking shame about the large number of people who can't follow the basic keep left and avoid getting close to others principles.
Beautiful "village" with lots of flowers. Everything is in one lane so it's easy to navigate and know which brand you've been to. 4 stars because they could have more economical food variety, currently only Itsu and Pret is alright.
Perfect place for shopping. Covered with WIFI. Close to train station. Excellent deals. Good selection for brands. Spare a full day of shopping. Don't forget to ask for VAT refund at the airport.
If you have ever been to America and experienced outlet shopping - it's nothing like that. The prices were ridiculous, by all means it's lovely and super clean - we had Valet parking and access to the Apartment VIP suits and that's was the best thing about the morning. Glad I went but probably won't go again, it's a much better day to go into London than drive here.
Good shopping venue. Good transport links be by train or road. Plenty of variety.
Changed since covid but the shops are doing their best to make it an enjoyable experience and some good clearance bargains to enjoy too.
Always a bliss when I shop at Bicester! The health, safety and security is taken seriously.
Obviously busy etc etc. Just a little annoyed that they encourage you to use the free park and ride but then stop the bus at the far end of the village on the outside so you have a fair walk before you get in the shops, compared with parking there when we could have bee much closer. Then not easy to get out of the car park onto the roundabout. They could have planned it so you don't feel so much worse off for having parked in the park and ride.
Perfect for a Sunday out doing some shopping and having a nice meal at the Soho Farmhouse restaurant. It can get extremely busy from 11 to 4pm, so if you want to shop in peace I d recommend to go at 4/5pm and stay until dinner time.
Nicely laid out centre, revamped not long ago. Wide range of stores available, good parking facilities and well located.
Feel very safe with the covid measures that bicester village has implemented
Shopping area for discounted designer brands. You get very good bargains here.
Still too many people to be able to social distance anywhere
Very hard to do social distancing here, you have to log into virtual queues - could take more than an hour to get in a popular store. Will not be coming back anytime soon, there are better outlets elsewhere
If your looking for designer clothes and other items ie kitchen and home ware at a reasonable price then this is the place to go
Not very covid secure at all - stewards not bothering to utilise the temperature check on entrance, other stewards not enforcing keeping to the left and ridiculously overcrowded shops leading to no social distancing
Rubbish .... awful idea to introduce virtual queues for shops ... wont be going back. Shop selection now poor
Good place for shopping in summer because in winter its difficult because everything is open.
Good variety of designer outlets. Now they have a good halal food options (Chinese and middle eastern). They have good deals throughout the year bur the best time to visit is late July and of course after Christmas.
Love it, well organised post lock down, digital queuing is great, wish all shops participated.
Very busy but never felt crowded, but all in our group thought that considering that it is a whole day destination, the availability of food is minimal and that was the only thing we had to get in line for.
Go with a thick skin and a forgiving nature to deal with the vast number of visitors with little patience and less manners.
But a great place to grab a bargain.
High end outlet village. Prices to suit the London market. Nice environment to shop.
Lovely place visited on our way home wish we had more time and covid wasent going on
It's a great place to visit and shop! Highly recommended !
Really nice place to shop with many extremely good deals waiting to be uncovered. Went with 1 luggage and returned with 2! Lots of food options. Better to visit in summer.
Went during COVID . Security and parking staff were really nice and helpful . Best place I ve been for electric charging for cars . Shops and village staff doing their best at a bad time . Looking forward to returning in better times .
Okay, but not massively discounted as thought, just shop online. Worth going Ralph Lauren, maybe gucci and a few others but not massive discount. Seriously just look online you will find the same prices
My only visit to this place happened to be on boxing day and I can see people standing in big queues outside their favourite stores. If you are a shopping frenzy then consider yourself in heaven. You get all big brands and big names you can think of at higher prices then what you pay at your high street. For me, one visit is more then enough and also good enough to say "no" to the next one :).
Great place for clothes shopping but no tech or other shops.
This is okay for a day out but there are far better shopping experiences at other outlets.
Great choice of shops, well signposted and good Covid-19 precautions.
I will go there again the next time I'm in London. Good deals. Great deals. All there.
A variety of high end label fashion brands at reduced prices. Good place for shopping as all the brands are there.
I have bee in my bonnet about this place, in particular around the topic of whether dogs are allowed in Bicester village or not! I have been a handful of times and seeing Sofie from Game Of Thrones with a dog I assumed you could take your dog, but that's not the case unless your a celebrity! It's one rule for one and not for another, even when asking security they couldn't provide a clear decision on whether dogs were allowed or not.
If you like a few brands then it's perfect for buying discounted goods, but Gunwharf Keys is a far better experience with a load of good restaurants which Bicester lacks.
Nice selection of shops. Free and Easy parking facilities. Park and ride is also available for free when the nearby car park is full. Plenty of food outlets when you re hungry. Can get busy and due to covid restrictions make it hard to enter shops immediately. Make sure you get the popular shops queue scanned on your phone first and they will message you when you can enter.
Have all the brands I like and is not super crowded. The restaurant there is so so and I suggest bring your own lunch is better. Clean bathroom too!
If you love designer stuff at a discount, this is your place to be. You won't find here the latest selections but am sure you will still pick up a designer bargain.
Good service , temp checks on entry, busy but not overcrowded as no coach loads
Great place to pick up. Bargain but be warned do you home work as all is not what it seems loads of stuff just made for outlet shops.. Check Check and check again!!!
Nice place to buy fashion stuffs and it offers enough toilets for guests I think that is quiet important for buyers. You must be here to buy something for yourself or family or friends.
Amazing experience in this designer outlet. Must visit.
Great place to shop.
Vast improvement on range of shops.
Highly recommend driving and parking your car there if you intend to shop.
Good day out if you are rich. Being a student, I am not, so left pretty quickly lol
For those who dont know this place stocks all the best brands at a good discounted price ranging from 15% to 70%.
Got all the top name designers there free parking and sales on at the moment go and get a bargain.
Visited yesterday, drove around all car parks first to find a space (musical cars scenario) and strange measures of Covid taking place. Virtual queues for most shops due to Covid but in others no queues and packed???
Had to queue first to enter the actual village!
Not the best shopping experience and could hear other families also moaning about the queues.
I spoke to staff in Michael Kors and they apologised and said they were short staffed. Wouldn t go again and definitely avoid half term!
I thought outlets were supposed to be cheaper?
Waste of time going.
Just go to selfridges or harrods. Same prices and you get this season's clothes
Okay but ruined by the rudest Chinese people and I'm talking 98% of visitors. We are a minority. They come on coaches! Fine but they behave as self entitled, rude and a nuisance. I was pushed at, queue jumped, stepped on, shoved and ignored. It means I won't go again. When you visit our country, remember you don't own it just because you have cash in your pockets!!!
Absolutely heaving with traffic and then when we did park there was a huge queue to get into the village.
If you desperately want a 'label' for discounted prices then its perfect but not for me.
Highly recommend. Can easily spend hours here. Worth the journey. High temperatures equal no entry. Basically. Heat scanner on arrival.
Very good area to visit and shop. Was a little disappointed as not a lot of the shops were open. And also I was expecting it to be cheaper at some shops as it was a outlet area. But would definitely come back though.
If you like labels then this is heaven but sadly the over hype and consumerism is everywhere. A village full of label discount stores which are still over priced to the mere mortal amongst us.
Word of warning if you go when weather is rubbish you have nowhere to hide, you will be cold and wet. Parking is horrendous and is generally very busy.
One plus, you will never see cleaner loos anywhere even in your own house!
Great range of shops, but all high end designer. I recommend to have a look at what shops are there before going, as it s not high street shops. However there is up to 33% off last seasons items and even some current season. Definitely go early morning or late night if going on a weekend. Or a weekday, but not school holidays as it gets really busy. Parking is free and a short walk, places to eat are quite expensive, but there is a Pret.
Nice spot on the UK s shopping map. Definitely visit if you re hunting for a designer bargain.
Good outlet site with plenty of brand choice. Gets very busy at weekends and towards Christmas. Lots of tourist shoppers.
Loved it here! Great discounts & lovely environment
For an outlet village the prices were still pretty high. Definitely aimed towards the tourists
The best high end outlet in all of UK and possibly Europe. Almost all of the high end brand that sells in outlet are here barring those super high end that do not sell in outlet. Its about 2 hours away from London and it can get pretty crowded during holiday season
Huge selection of shops, very aesthetically pleasing. Come early or there is no parking. Prices are ok, but not dirt cheap. Quality is good. Flooded with tourists during holiday seasons, which even leads to lines to even get into some of the premium shops. Feels a bit like trying to get into a nightclub and having to impress the doorman.
A busy Sunday visit. Arrive early to secure a good parking spot. A few bargains if you know what you are looking for.
Good spread of top class shops. Full of shoppers who are too self important and think they are above you. Locals call this place the village of the damned for good reason. Where else do you have to wheel your dog in a push chair.....really!
Great outlet mall. We travel by the luxury coach and we reach there at 11.30. And we need to leave by 5pm. In the end, we have not enough time at the village! Haha
I suggest to do self drive there as it is very easy to get to the village and so u can maxi ur time there...
The price there is good!
Digital queuing is an absolute joke. Couldn t book a space as most of them had already been taken. Left after an hour, without buying anything.
Lost its charm a while ago. Would not bother coming here unless there are specific items you want. Generally the range is limited as expected in an outlet centre. The prices are high for the average Joe but reasonable for the designer items that would otherwise be eyewateringly expensive.
Have been visiting Bicester Village for many years. We have always looked forward to our weekend there. This time we were disappointed. More closed shops than usual and no real bargains. Its a victim to an extent of the demise of retail shopping. Will go again later in the year in the hope of improvement. The village really needs more good eating places. Especially down where carlucios used to be.
Very packed on boxing day. People queuing outside the shoops.
Good place to get nice stuff.
Temperature checks prior to entering, felt Covid safe. Helpful, friendly staff. Will be back, thank you.
Visited the village today, we used to visit often and spend a fortune here!
Today was the first time after the pandemic hit. Talk about how to over complicate a process simplified by many shops around the country! Firstly, when you approach many stores we found the security teams had bern promoted from security staff to glorified bouncers with attitudes to match/rudely asking if you had an appointment! If not they condescendingly told you to book or you re not coming into the store. The worst stores for this treatment were Dior and Louboutin! Most stores Have adopted a virtual and digital check in, that doesn t work very well and the security staff are honestly ruining the experience! When we did get in the stores the discounts were minimal and not really worth the hassle. Such a shame as if this was managed with common sense would be less hassle and honestly the stores should not put security staff with atrocious attitudes at the front of the stores, they will drive customers away for good!
Oh dear !!! Unless you're an avid shopper with deep pockets avoid this place. Packed, Expensive, Long Queues for parking & shops & restaurants.
The Bicester village was an intresting shopping experience all things considered, the QR code system does have its flaws when the estimates are off sometimes however it's accurate more than it's not.
The prices are okay however some of the items solds are much older than I'd find at similar designer outlets like cheshire oaks which is why I deducted a star in my rating.
A cutie village. It would be great if there s not raining
Usually good for discounted Labels....and usually busy. Way too busy for social distancing and had to wait to get in the shops but at least you wait outside. Most people had mask on too.
Always love coming here for a great shopping experience and finding a bargain which is always lovely, Bicester Village is a high end designer outlet so not cheap and it can be hard to find parking right next to the village during the busy months however if you go when it's quite you can find parking spots so close to the village and like I have mentioned before when you go at odd times you can grab yourself a bargain. I advise before splashing around all your cash in one store, or at a certain designer, have a look around the village to find yourself the best possible deals, there are so many great designer labels, I hope this helps :).
Nice shopping place, many brands and beautiful environment.
Most of the main designer brands located in one place at lower than high street prices. Some bargains to be had.
Good amount of free parking.
Open pedestrian shopping streets, so be warned if it is raining!
Great deals from European brands. I recommend going here not on Boxing Day because it can get really crowded and the lines go on forever. Best way to get here from London is from Victoria Station
