COVID-19 guidelines followed really well, quite busy but thats a given. Bargains as always

I've been to many designer outlets in the past Bicester seems to be more of a hype than the actual purpose of a Outlet. Their prices also seem to be higher than other Outlets i've been too. Guess it may be the glam these 'Instafamous' people show. Cool looking place, decent shopping experience but the food options wasn't to great.

Amazing place to shop, it looks beautiful in the Christmas period but cannot find much offer as most stores have their deals. But otherwise when going off season the collection and prices are great. All high end can be found

Great place for shopping and touring on a nice weather day.

Good prices and veriety of shops. Not enough food options or seating inside to eat when it's raining. Ralph Lauren used to be right at the centre but now has moved. Considering that it used to always be full I can only conclude it cost too much to rent the large space. Bicester should be careful not to out price it's best retailers!

Great place to go shopping, there's restaurants. Friendly atmosphere. Great prices of designer clothing.

Lovely place, clean pathways, ample parking and a well managed place. No huge discounts but you do manage to get some good deals on the well known brands. They have a virtual queuing system in place, and its better to use it to avoid wasting time in long queues. Its worth a visit.

A beautiful place. So many international brands and local brands come together. Don't go if you don't have sufficient credits in your credit card. (But in fact the discount may be as much as you get in the outlets of other countries, such as Italy or US. )

Awesome place for Shopping. All the branded stuff at one place. Villandry is nice to grab some food.

This place can be hit and miss when making a fantastic purchase. Can be very busy with Chinese/ Japanese tourist who will happily get a tax free discount and run over you feet with a suitcase.

The absolutely very best outlet center in the world!
It's even worth taking a flight, just to go shopping at Bicester Village.

Lots of luxury brands are here that are on a somewhat of a clearance sale where they are selling previous season goods for a cheap price.
I would say that it is a pretty good place to go for shopping but I Suggest you do NOT use the tax refund service here it is somewhat messy and crowded but most importantly the fact is that they do not realise that they are servicing a foreign clientele that may not clearly understand the British accent or may require them to repeat something a couple of times. Just because they are sitting there and lots of people are standing in a queue does not give them the right to be rude or raise their voice.

Was quite pleased with my recent shopping experience. I felt safe and happy the way they dealt with health and safety issues due to covid. Place is clean and has recently added other designer stores over the years and some are at a fraction price! It's a must if you love shopping!
This outlet is like a small tinsel town village in America. Its super cute!

Great outlet shopping mall and good selection of brandname shop.

This is the most out of proportion place I can think of. I visited during Covid 19 pandemic and was disgusted by the behaviour and the show off of the customers, disrespectful to all rules and social distancing, queues were miles long and there seemed to be no control over crowd numbers. Never again

Nice experience for a sunny day outside London. I was expecting to do a lot of shopping...not really though...it s either because I m fussy when it comes to buy clothes or maybe the prices weren t so tempting as I was expecting...anyway the place it s really nice...the parking is for free..and the toilets are really nice

Amazing shops, but often very crowded. There are bargains during the sales and the restaurants are pleasant. There is decent parking around the site and ground staff to direct to nearest parking spots. Several staff also walk around with maps and can direct to specific shops or facilities.

Good parking , hand sanitizer and queues to get in so not too many people in some shops ,

Not much Jo Malone here but the Penhaligon s is in really good price.
Got three Penhaligon here cuz it s like half price compare to Asian country!

Huge place. Must bring lots of money in your charge cards because so many brands are located here.

Sadly not what it used to be in terms of an outlet village :( This place used to have designer brands at hugely discounted prices (up to 50%). Lucky to find anything that is worth braving the busy queues for now. Parking facilities are good.

Nice shopping place!

We visited this place at our last day in UK before go back to our home country. We arrived at 1pm and need to go at 3.30pm to catch our airplane at Heathrow. I think two and half hour was not sufficient at this lovely shopping place. I would like to recommend at least half a day in this place.

There are complete range and brand of fashion products here. If you are looking for bargained price then find the special section in each shop.

Please prepare your umbrellas as you have to walk outdoor to move from one shop to other shops.

If you are tourist then you might be eligible for tax refund. Please ask the shop assistant to give you the tax refund form. You have two options to collect your tax refund money. First you can do it at the airport and second you can do at the tax refund place inside this complex.

One of the most popular places for Chinese tourists. Good savings, especially on British brands.

Exclusive location only for shopping. Found lot of brands and you can apply tax exemption for international travelers from the same place

One of the best outdoor outlets I have been to in terms of variety, brands and eating options. It's a very well planned outlet in terms on walking around. Enjoyed myself shopping here. Will be back.
