Well, it's big but there is not much and the prices are on the rise, it's not here that I would buy items, I advise people to go elsewhere to have almost identical products at cheaper cost.

Rather expensive for some things (especially stationery) and certe there is choice, but it is not there that you will find small novelties unknown, it remains in very large productions. And some pieces of "DIY" are not there.

The BHV is by far the best store in several areas (decoration, toys, lighting, etc.). The only store where the most beautiful brands are concentrated. A real pleasure to stroll with my wife :)

I shopped here in June 2016. Went there to buy 1 or 2 outfits but ended up buying 7 pants and 3 tops and some unique cutlery. I travel a lot but this is the first store that showed me how to get the taxes back at the airport. The sales associate asked me if I want to get the taxes back and took me to the counter where u get the form. The lady who worked at the tax counter gave me a map of Paris when I told her I like maps. I'm very pleased with their customer service and the items I purchased. I get compliments when I wear the clothes I purchased from here. Can't wait to go back to lovely Paris. Merci!

Parisian emblematic place and my childhood. Since the acquisition by the Lafayette group, it is modernizing and is very pleasant.
The DIY department has become too bobo, but he has a Starbucks in the 5th and a restaurant Chez Fernand burger.

However, we lost what we went to BHV for, the basement hardware store and its professionalism.
This is the only place where progress should be made in listening to the client and his problem.

An unmissable department store in Paris. Quite expensive, but that is the price to pay to get almost anything in a single place, smack in the middle of Paris. From luxury brands to power tools, you'll find it there.
Anytime I'm looking for something unusual or hard to find, this is my go-to place.

The most "parisian" department store I would say. A large choice of products and brands. found nice French souvenirs at the second floor. However there are too many "poin rouge" (I used the O'bon Paris coupon but couldn't get any discount on many products)

it is an excellent store where the products are quite expensive, but of quality, there is just as much decoration or clothes, there is even a DIY department in the basement, the district is favorable to the walks for the neighborhood beauty

I went to this pet store on 09 12 17 .. for my two puppies, lots of choice for animals, however very disappointed with the reception from one of your sellers!
unpleasant, lacking in sales technique, approach, and does not make you want to buy in the store. Does not help or advise the client. I wanted to buy two coats worth 50 EUR per unit, and unfortunately you lost 100 EUR .. we ask his advice, he is aggressive in his words, does not look at the animal once and don't have easy chat. A pet store advisor must be able to reach the customer easily, while at least having a look or a word on the animal to be able to encourage the customer to buy!
on the other hand, the very friendly, smiling hostesses, and very attentive to the client's animal, which is appreciated. checkout is fairly quick.
you have not lost me as a client, but I still remain disappointed with the reception of your employee! the smile from the beginning could have changed my opinion on my comment

I really, really don't think they like Americans. Believe me, I try and be very respectful of French staff in stores and restaurants but after 4-5 trips here (and I have spent $$$) am pretty convinced they think WE are all shoplifters and rubes not deserving of respect in return.

The shoe department would be better organized. We put a question to a counselor who will refer us to another counselor who sends us to another counselor and so on. And that's 30 minutes lost.
