Best "normal" department store in town. Not much in terms of luxury brands but a huge, high quality selection of food, kitchen ware, household products, bedding, etc.

There are things to buy you need the wallet that goes with it but it's nice to see.

One of the department stores of Paris near the city hall. Has nothing to do with the Bazaar of City Hall much more popular and friendly than the current version.
You can find almost anything you want or want in any area provided you put a price. Wheelchair accessible, 5th floor restaurants, restrooms. The staff is very friendly, listening to you and good advice.

The place to update yourself on the trends that are bubbling in the middle. Easily armored location. Intended for an affluent population or for occasional passages, the products are distributed by category on the floors. Quality products but often very expensive. To see at least once. During the festive season, a large world in enclosed space!

Need or want to shop in Paris? Well BHV is your must choice! It a has a great choice and great prices. A strong point is that men and women store are too separate buildings so that the repartion of people will be much more balanced! Plus you are in the heart of the marais!

Store that sells a good choice of products (a little too expensive ..). On the other hand, I wanted to return an article which was not of good enough quality, the salesman whom I saw asks me the reason for the return and when I answer why, he begins to be offended while saying on an aggressive tone than the product and of very good quality (knowing that several on the shelves were damaged..lol). When we don't accept the remarks, sir, we don't ask any questions, and what's more, we don't talk to customers like that.

Changed, is no longer the Bhv or we found everything in the DIY department.

You'd only give the BHV a good review if you didn't know the store in its glorious pre-Galleries Lafayette days, when the prices were about half what the moguls of retail think they can get away with. The old basement was a total treasure trove of millions of unexpected delights for anyone interested in DIY, bricolage, etc. Today. the here range is less than half of what it used tot be, and the prices are more than double.
If you want to pay less for the same DIY things, take a five-minute walk across to Beaubourg where there's a credibly large branch of le Roi Merlin with greater range and more sensible prices.

A shopping center that doesn't split hands and loft. Everyday items are elaborate, so it's worth watching.

Not friendly at all very few people and the impression of disturbing

You will find anything and everything you would ever possibly need at this department store. It is very clean, organized, and everything is laid out such that everything is very easy to find. The staff is also amazingly friendly and helpful. Visiting this store is a great experience in an amazing location in Paris!

Lovers of creating art should go to the BHV for the best selection of supplies.

The City Hall Bazaar (called BHV) is a store where you can find everything and at all prices. It's a bit like the Samaritan woman. It was my favorite store, I loved hanging out there on weekends when I wasn't working. More

Store that we have frequented for more than 20 years and which evolves towards luxury and tourist customers, like Galeries Lafayette. It's a marketing choice. We go there less and less because it is no longer possible to access Paris by car now, even on weekends. Latest novelty, more cases. We don't even know where to pay anymore, so we buy more, it's easier. Lots of young sellers now, little service, it laughs, but it leaks the boxes. We have been very good customers, cofinoga surveyed every month, but there it is only every 6 months ... In short, no matter, this store probably no longer needs our customers that we therefore offer elsewhere with our pennies. Well done marketing, let's hope it will work in the long term in this Paris that becomes Venice. But Venice is dying ...

I really appreciate this department store, a very large choice: in the basement we can find various tools for DIY, a large choice of paints. also very good for shoemaking
On the first floor, the perfumery is very well stocked, ditto for the clothes. Very friendly staff. The other floors benefit from the same qualities with in addition a framing workshop where I was very well advised.

too long not fast enough I was on bets for 2 months I introduced myself twice impossible to be really well served after I understand it was complicated because of se COVID 19 thanks again despite that.

The choice is minimal! As another person said, the corner occupied by Urban Outfitters in the store is too small. Some jeans, twenty different products at the most. Pity !

I absolutely do not recommend! I ordered on the website a product that I never received! For answer, it does not proceed neither refund nor return of the product but against it wishes me a great day !!!! Really anything it's a shame

Great place, everything you need light bulbs and wallpaper at home at the finest deco. Very nice, nice and nice atmosphere, big spaces. If there is a shop to do in Paris it is this one
