Precious, we are in the heart of the capital and its historic center.
And all the staff are nice and professional.

Convenient by its location and by the choice of products offered. This is often more expensive than buying online (10 to 15 euros difference with amazon on Lego boxes) but the curation is excellent in some areas such as stationery, arts, cooking.
There are also nice little restaurants.
The toilets are clean as well as the changing area.

I go quite regularly to the bhv marais for the part which is in the basement, which manages, among other things, the drugstore and DIY. There is a lot of choice and you can find products that you can't necessarily find elsewhere. And again today, I had a salesperson who gave me a good explanation of how to use the product I was buying. It's nice to be well advised. I go less to the upper floors, I don't have too much advice. All I can say is that, whatever the floor, they are essentially branded and quality products.

The 10% discount is awesome since I don't need to purchase over x-amount! However, there are select "red dot" items that aren't eligible for the discount.

There's a Starbucks on the 5th floor. And a bathroom on the same floor.

If cash register lines are super long, you can get lucky by looking on another floor... or, find small kiosks especially near the home/kitchen section.

I mostly come to the BHV dog store, there is everything. Very good also for any DIY.

Terrific dept. Store in Le Marais that I always visit when in Paris. Less touristy than the others in Paris & seems to be where the locals shop. Have always found the sales assistants friendly and helpful.

Very good experience in this institution that I ignored. Excellent service and professionalism in the store (we were particularly well received by Ahmed in the curtain rods and curtain accessories department). Very good selection of products in the store. Advantageous loyalty program.
