5156 Clinton hwy, knoxville Tn 37912 property listed and advertised by "agent" Mark Shipe for many years... reason: they don't want to sell or lease just depreciate (restaurant with bad roof), also there are couple more in same situation inside this complex. Our story begins in fall 2017, very hard to get an answer to see it, and impossible to get a price...in over half year! In the end to ad insult to injury they dumped an insulting lease contract...when he promised half yr earlier that he can get us a free rent for years just to fix this building. Those are the facts and we can forward all emails and texts, we heard all the bs and excuses a person can imagine...but the facts are clear...false advertising, dishonest agent
