Certain people in this company are concerned about production and not safety. If you have the unfortunate chance to work with Dave Swann be warned he does not know what he is doing and will get you hurt. I was fired for bringing up safety concerns and improper work practices. Im not an unhappy ex employee just a 30 yr master electrician saddened by the way young electricians are being taught wrong for the sake of a dollar

BHI does great work and has a great atmosphere based on starting with why that is really inspirational. I worked there for a while during High School and enjoyed it.

Bhi offered me a job about a month ago that I couldn't refuse there integrity and values speak for themselves as a company but they made me feel welcomed to join their team. The hiring process is far more difficult then 1 might think. But in a good way. Be Prepared To have 15 ish hours of online orientations and osha 10 course before they'll let you physically work, but you do get paid for it an you get OSHA10 it's a win win to join BHI thus far
