Prefer and then got told in a week I would get contacted for an in person interview. Come to realize I wake up to an email saying we moved onto other candidates. Don t tell a person one thing and do another. Terrible recruiting and just terrible company.

Wouldn t recommend, staff is great to talk to, but that s about it. Place I was at is rat infected and is way over priced. people have been addressing it constantly now and looking into having the news check it out. look nice but are cheaply redone, and everything breaks. They especially Over Charge for when you move out. Was charged 600 dollars for their rat infestation damages and a small bed frame we didn t have time to take apart (my fault, would of been willing to pay if it wasn t so overly priced.

If I could give a 0, I would. This company manages a complex in Overland Park, KS; Club at Indian Creek. This complex has failed to provide safe environment throughout, whether it be the actual apartments, the covered parking, or the parking lots. I've had a floor that was so destroyed by water and mold that once removed, you could view the neighbors below. I've had a car almost get smashed by a carport beam falling, and then getting jimmy-fixed a month after it originally fell. Then, when the snow came, the complex is responsible for snow and ice removal, but they failed to do so, and I fell, injuring myself. Once I made a claim to the complex, they refused to reimburse me for medical expenses because they sent out a 'slip advisory'. While you may have sent that, it doesn't change the fact that there was no ice-melt used until two days after a snow to reduce slippage. Awful complex, awful management company. They don't care about their residents at all.

Had a good experience with the management and maintenance. Had a issue with my tub and it needed to be repainted and it took a while for it to be done, But when it was finally resurfaced; I was satisfied. Every other issue I have had has been solved right away. Great staff and amenities: from nest, to being able to open door with Kevo app and Bluetooth in the shower. I can t complain much. Very clean but does need repairing in the back where the sidewalk is constantly flooded from rain.

Maintenance Team is ridicules! Cooler Unit down all of June, all of July now. Found out on the 26th of July that they had still not ordered the parts needed.

August 8, cooler up and running, still needs cosmetic details. Looks very unprofessional. Still 15-20 degrees warmer in the Livingroom then thermostat setting. 20-25 degrees warmer in the kitchen. And at least 30 degrees in the bedroom! I don t like it, but it s livable. I thank Management for all the attention and effort they put into the issue.

They manage grand oaks in Gurnee IL and it is freezing in my apt. First they said i kept my window cracked open, I'm more than capable to know how to close my Damn Windows properly. Then said air might be leading through some cracked by the seal next to your window. That maybe true in my bedroom but still explain how one day it's hot as hell then the next 2-3 days it's freezing bs i tell you. Then claim the building isn't keeping up with the boiler, really cuz it did a few days ago. Wow the fact that they can demean your intelligence and still feel comfortable doing that well they smile in your face is very rude disrespectful and any person I have recommended this place to I have called back and told them to reconsider because I have.

Staff sends tons of emails but that s ok, it keeps residents informed. But this new staff is not that friendly. The few times I ve had to go into the office, they weren t smiling , didn t really act like they care why you were in there, the guy came off a bit arrogant and overall not a welcoming feeling. My opinion was asked but could really careless how they are, because I pay my rent on time and do t have to deal with them. AT .ALL!

This is the worst place to live it is a dump and is infested with roaches.
The staff is unhelpful and rude.
It takes them more than 3-4 times of you reporting the same problem over and over again to get it fixed. It is over priced for getting style living conditions.
The property is never cleans and very poorly maintained
Look else where this place is horrible they neve cleans the pools and they have a bs ex I for everything issue

I lived in summertrace apartments in new port richey fl for 3yrs 2years in a two bedroom one bathroom unit then upgraded to a two bedroom two bathroom and am having nothing but problems like the ac they dont want to fix my sons toilet has been leaking for weeks now wont fix it this place is really crap and disgusting.!! They just took over my townhomes and so far I cannot get in touch with anyone after numerous phone calls. I have no idea how or where to pay my rent which at the time of this review is 2 days away from being due. We had no idea about someone taking over and got a letter in the mail while on vacation and my old leasing company refers all calls to BH. I guess I am going to contact a lawyer because I can see where this is heading.

I wish I could give them no stars. My townhouse flooded the end of June/begging of July 2018. I was on vacation. Come to find out they ddidn't care to fix anything. I had to show them pictures of Mold just for them to listen to me that there was damage to my unit. I should have left when I had the chance. Still don't have my townhouse fixed.

Ever since BH Management took over my apartments, customer service has suffered. I'm at work during the new office hours, and I must have called the apartment a dozen times over several days but I've never gotten through to a person. The first thing BH Management did was close the office on Sundays, and the second seemed to eliminate office staff. Now I hear they're raising rent prices while providing less office staff for help and slower maintaince requests. It doesn't seem like a good strategy for getting and keeping residents.

Absolutely terrible. If an apartment complex is owned by BH Management, I highly recommend not living there. They only care about getting your money, they care nothing for their residents, especially student residents. They will not "allow" me to break my lease. They told me that they can break any part of the lease on their end, but if I break anything on my end that I will be in void of contract. Little do they know that if they break their end of the contract and force residents to live in serious health hazards (which is breaking the law in the state of Mississippi), legal action will be taken. They think that just because we are students that they can run over us and rob us. They are slumlords and they should be ashamed of their actions. Save your money and your time and do not live anywhere that is owned by BH Management.

After completing an application and being approved, our application was "canceled" with no notification. We made efforts to contact the office several times with no return phone calls. Forty eight hours before our move in date, upon contacting them, I was told of this cancellation. They offered me a smaller apartment and no sort of compensation for their mistake.

I hate leaving bad reviews because I know people have bad days and everything is situational, but this has gone on for so long I believe this review is justified, and if I could give less than one star I would. I have rented numerous times over the years, and in various locations. My boyfriend and I have been living in our apartment for only a month and a half now and this is by far the worst renting experience I have ever had. I am confident that this is a direct result of BH management - due to the fact that my boyfriend lived at the same complex for 2 years prior, under the old management and never faced any of the issues we are currently facing under the new management. That is one of the many reasons we chose to stay in that location, but we will now be moving as soon as possible. I won't even go into how terrible the onsite operations team is at our actual apartment, but after ATTEMPTING to communicate with BH Management directly, I'm not at all surprised by the lack of communication from our apartment management team. I cannot get in touch with our operations team half of the time and when I do, nothing is done and NOBODY follows up so we are just left waiting for any kind of update - which is really all I am looking for. SO via BH Management Services Facebook, I was instructed to reach out to BH Management directly and so I have, twice and the second time I specifically stated that nobody at our apartment would communicate and that I wanted someone from BH Management to CALL ME - after sending that yesterday, I got the SAME EXACT E-MAIL as the last time I contacted them saying "Thank you for your communication. Your inquiry has been sent to the Operations team for the Avenues of Inverness so they can assist you..." THANKS BUT NO. I would not be contacting BH directly if I could get anyone at our complex to communicate with me in the first place.

I want to warn people about living somewhere just ...

I want to warn people about living somewhere just because its convenient, because that was my thought process. I thought the location and price was worth it. However if you take the time to look at other options, the BH Property Management apartments aren't that much more reasonably priced and when you add in the time/money you will end up spending to get things fixed you need to evaluate if it will be worth it.

I would not suggest to anyone to live in any of the BH management properties in Des Moines. You will end up spending your time basically as an unpaid employee for them after having to eventually take matters into your own hands. If they mess up on something as simple as the bill, YOU will be the one responsible for taking time from your day job to fix it.

There is an apparent lack of employee retention. I believe the turnover of employees is a direct reflection of how the company operates. I don't directly blame the employees I have worked with, because usually they are just there cleaning up the previous employees mess, until they get fed up and leave or they get fired cause they were unable to clean up the previous mess in enough time.Its like a horrible chain reaction. I have worked with Stacey and its apparent she does all she can to help out, but one person can only do so much if she doesn't have the support or is swamped with a bunch of other complaining tenants. I thought the way the property manager handled different issues we had wasn't acceptable, but after getting in contact with the District Manager , Kim Dean, and basically getting dismissed, it was apparent that the Property Managers hands were tied and he was trying to do what he could and it was "Upper"Management that could careless. This is so unfortunate, as a company you should want your employees to have a good work environment and feel supported as a number one priority and then showing your appreciation and respect to tenants should be a close second. I cant imagine how often the employees that work in the leasing office get yelled at a day, for things that could be fixed if resources were provided.

I would say the best feature would be the maintenance staff! They are always friendly and once you are able to contact them, they work diligently and are professional. They are always apologetic if the issue will be prolonged and will give you a nice update. I'm not sure of his name but the head maintenance guy is great! Always makes sure his crew did a good job. Something small, but I appreciate the fact that he takes off his shoes when he enters your apartment. ( 4/5 starts for maintenance)

If you do chose to live here, make sure to pay attention to your bill for hidden or charges they didn't tell you about. You will need to set aside time to fix it yourself.

They are simply the lowest bidding management company at any given complex. Property is trashed most of the time. Fire, life, safety hazards all throughout. Staff is far too small and incompetent for the size of the property. There are 2-3 maintenance men for 5-6 large apartment buildings. They decided to re-stripe the parking lot of the entire property despite there being about at least $100,000 in necessary concrete repairs. Building 3, my building, has been pretty much completely dark since I moved in here two years ago, and after many months of complaining about it, I gave up. The light fixtures in this building are from the 90s and there's no possible way the joke-of-a-team at this apartment complex could ever keep up with the thousands of light bulbs that burn out monthly on this property because they don't understand how to invest in improvements.

New management is making improvements but there are still items that need to be corrected. Safety and security is a major issue here. In the past month 3 vehicles have been broken into and the windows smashed. Empty apartments are left unlocked and random people are entering them. This does not create an atmosphere where people can safely live.

starting last year it has been a huge increase of group home housing in this community ... it is absolutely a nightmare when you're driving to or from work and you have to wait for all these girls that don't know the meaning of side walk and each one of them is smoking ...
cigarette butts are all over my building and I spoke to another tenant in a different side of the complex and she told me the same thing even showed me pix it's disgusting ... the manager seems very friendly with them so it doesn't even make a difference to complain ...
corporate office so far NO RESPONSE to complains ... who cares if you're locked in to a contract and they get rent money ...
Eye soring view around trash compactor ALMOST every single day ... piles of garbage when you leave the complex and usually there for a good 3 days .... what a shame beautiful location and great prices but MANAGEMENT NOT SO MUCH .... save your money pay a bit more and find another place ... BHMANAGEMENT simply doesnt give a rat about tenants ...

I would really love to give negative stars if that was a choice. Promove told me this apartment complex was great and everyone that has lived there liked it. LIARSSSSS first of all promove is useless besides sending me a list of crap apartments and lying about the reputation of these apartments. Preserve at Terrell Mill is DISGUSTINGGGGGGGGGGG. The only thing good about it is the decent size apartment layout for one person and the amount of parking. Don't even bother trying to contact ANYYYYY SORT Of management or staff because you will hear nothing and get no help whatsoever. I've only been living in my place for 3 weeks and I'm an extremely clean person and I have cockroaches! I reported it last Wednesday and it's now been a week. Whoever and whatever this management that owns these complexes are absolutely terrible at maintaining their properties and if anyone wants to get together to complain about them to the city or take it to court I gladly will. I'll do anything to put these people out of business for being the most unprofessional ghetto filthy nastiest useless and worthless property management EVERRRR. I've lived in worst places in college and even they weren't even as unkept and filthy than these properties. There's no reason for you to even have a staff or an office because they have caller Id and will legit pick the phone and hang up. I'm taking this this place to bbb. I'm reporting them to health services and I'll call the police if I have to. We have no safety with open gates and people pets running lose all over the properties . Your property facilities are freaking disgustingggggggg. The washers/dryers on the properties won't even clean your clothes and they actually ruin them with the filth sitting in the machines. BH management needs to get put out of business ASAPPPP. I plan on making every complaint possible to make sure these people don't continue ruining people's lives and stealing our money.

Hello, My name is Starlet Davis and I am currently residing at one of your properties. Stoneleigh at kens wick drive in Humble, TX 77338, I have been residing here for about two months low and behold when I first visited this property, I was very excited seem to be very beautiful on the outside and the showcase apartment was on point. When I actually moved into the apartment I was ecstatic and very disappointed. Today I am very disgusted and in disbelief, when I started signing my lease I had no idea what the hell I was signing into it was so confusing loaded with so many charges. I have never been charged these outrageous charges ever before and I have lived in some really beautiful complexes here in Houston, TX but when I begin to receive my monthly bill/statement is was beyond my belief... I am very angry, at this point I am seeking legal counsel because the charges that I have incurred is out of control. I cannot believe the tenants have to pay all of these fees and charges. I do not understand any of these fees and charges, when you call the business office, they may answer and they may just place you on hold and not come back to the phone. The new lady Tracy placed me on hold the other day and never came back to the phone. I have a witness on this one. When I applied I felt like the management would take the pride in the community and tenants but that have been wrong, they spoke so highly of the property and the tenants and showed no care about us. Nijah the property manager or secretary was so amazing and then I finds out she is gone. Wow that tells you something and the Manager/ Ben he sits back and say he is taking care of my issues with the gate code but my visitors still cannot enter the gate using my code to get inside, I have to go all the way to the front of the office to let them in, really where they do that at here at Stoneleigh apartments in Humble, TX. I have been experiencing issues with my water pressure barely running in my apartment but you charge me 60.00 for a water bill and I am at work all day really. I am barely at home so how come my bill is that high, never have I ever paid a bill that high in an apartment and even in a house. Please.. yet right then they charging me for gas, trash, pest control, RWA charges don't know what that is about then you charge me for sewage charge the times I flush my toilet, the people are insane and somebody needs to know all about your dirty little game. I am hiring an attorney to help me with this issue because if this falls on death ears. I will have proof of this review as well. This is a shame for a person to be over rated on rent @ 1069.00 per month for rent it isn't even worth it because I will be paying my money in a house with a backyard and a storage we do not even have the luxury of having access to a balcony or a storage really people they have lost their minds. We over here paying for Harris County Trash cans but being charged for trash @ 7.00 and pest control @ 3.00 don't even use it really" my bathtub half painted peeling off can't take a descent bath, shower do not work properly, dryer half ass drying put in work order but nobody comes to fix or even answer my calls. Maintenance sucks, they do not do anything all day. This is the worst place I have never lived about to move out/breaking my lease not worth my hard working cash. There are nothing but issues with this apartment complex. The door handle for the front door is not secure. They are cheap with their material. Their washing machines you pay extra to have in your apartment do not do the job. They actually do worse than the job. The washing machines do not even drain the water. My clothes are soaked every single time I wash clothes. I have not done a load of laundry where they were actually drained and not soaked. The dryer is much worse because it does not do its' simple task "dry". I have to dry it from 2 to 4 times to dry the clothes. Yes, at the minimum 2 to 4 times to dry. The first time I dry, the clothes are always almost soaked. The 2nd time, the clothes are damp. If I am lucky...partially dry, but then the other half of the clothes are damp. I have had a terrible experience at this stupid apartment complex. Plus, I was unaware of the PEST, WATER, SEWER, and TRASH I am paying for that I did not know about. I do not know why it is so expensive for a cheap apartment. I do NOT recommend this apartment Complex. I have had an awful experience and am upset I spent my money here at all.

I ve had the best experience at the Oasis Apartments. I ve lived in a ton of apartments in the past and this one was by far the best. Almost every complex has property managers that are incompetent, but at the Oasis and with BH Management, all of the staff are very professional, organized, warm and welcoming, and they ve always taken care of everything I ve ever needed. I cannot give a better recommendation for apartment living in Midland than the Oasis at Pavilion Park.

I have not lived at Huntington pointe for very long, but so far have had a great start! I was able to move in on the day that was agreed upon, and everything was done that was said was going to be done for me! So far so good! Thanks staff at Huntington pointe, keep up the good work!!

I agree with everyone else, the company is terrible, has no regard for what customer service is or how to treat residents with respect. The onsite manager for Eagle Landing has been pretty incompetent, but at least his Landmark supervisor had her stuff together, Dina, the regional manager has shown she is the ringleader of the clownery. For your own sanity, don't move to any of their properties. Deplorable, just deplorable.

I think that the prices are too high for what you get. Charging $3.00 To wash a load of clothes in an unventilated room is dangerous and ridiculous priced. Apparently in the few years since I lived here before crime has picked up. Your clientele has changed almost 100% and not necessarily in a good way. Before, there was no crime at all. You charged to put a battery in a smoke detector. Isn't that a little overboard? If I'm paying over a $1000 a month for rent I think you can afford a $4 battery without charging me. Also the hallways need cleaning more often. The carpets look dirty and dusty.

First of all, I want to start off with the fact that I never like to write reviews on anyone because I feel situations can be addressed in a different matter. I told my self that i wouldn't do it, but in my case it is not even worth it anymore. I moved to NC in August from Virginia to what was called Eagles Landing and now Gregory North. From the day before I moved I have been having problems with this complex. It is by far the worst experience I have ever encountered. My move in date was August 11 and on August 10 a staff at the office called and said my apartment was not ready if I can move from VA on August 12. I told her "well that will be hard since I already have my Uhaul packed outside my apartment and my movers are schedule on August 11. So with that being said she said well we wont be able to give you the apartment at the time we said it will have to be after 2:00. My husband and I did not get discourage and look at the brighter side and decided to drive to NC to move into our new home. Upon arrival the lady who had done the move in with us said I cant give you the keys until you sign the lease and have rental insurance. So I said well my movers have been outside waiting for me, and you had over a month to warn me that I needed to have this prior to move in date. Nevertheless I swallowed my frustration and began to make calls to a insurance company and just signed the lease. I had to pay my movers extra from my pocket for making them wait over an hour. Again I did not get discourage and decided to just get over it. Let me tell you that when i was shown the display of the apartments my husband ask the staff "is our apartment going to look like this at the time of the move with all this nice features, especially the kitchen" she assured him yes that the place we were getting was black on black and upgraded. We said "ok great" Upon moving in my stove look from the 1800 and my fridge was barley holding on. The appliances were not black like she said they were going to be I think they were suppose to look beige but instead look yellow due to the age of it. I immediately rushed back to the office in total shock of the condition of the apartment to complain. She said "well i know the stove is broken so we will replace that, don't know how long it will take" . I told her " I'm sorry but you said our apartment was going to be black on black and that is not what is upstairs". She denied it and said "If your not happy with the apartment you can look around other complex and move in a different on" ????? Are you serious, you want me to drive around with my family and Uhaul and look for another apartment. So I immeditaley broke down and started crying out side the office and felt hopeless and with no where to go. My husband was as shocked as I was. My daughter was worried too. So the staff came out and said "my manager has agreed to change your fridge and dishwasher to black for you". So despite everything I had been threw I mange to compos myself and put a smile. I began my process of moving in with my husband and daughter. The very next morning I noticed some bugs/ bug skin and I went and told the office. The same lady that help me was the person there. She said" welcome to NC, where bugs live" she said go to lowes and buy a spray for insects and bugs and spray the out side patio door and front door to help with that. So I said to my self "OK" I will do that and I did. Along the months things seem to be OK I did notice at my moved in date it took them some time to process my check and found it weird. In September one of the maintenance man came by to finishing installing my dishwasher. He is very sweet! He also changed my the lock to my door because the lock was having issues. My keys were not working and I could not open my door. After that things were OK with my lock! In December I went to the office and reported seeing bugs again. I can't really say what it was because I'm not an expert. The lady that helped with my move in was no longer there. She was fired for personally reasons.

Not sure what the name of my apartment complex is ...

Not sure what the name of my apartment complex is currently. Formerly, it was Landmark at Eagle Landing and then it was Eagle Landing Apartments and when I called BH Management Services, LLC today they stated that the complex was named Gregory North.

It has been nearly 2 weeks since I have received mail delivery for my address (last mail delivery was Wednesday, 1/4/17). We were not informed that there would be any interruption in mail delivery until Saturday 1/14/17 after I had made a complaint in the complex office. I called BH Management, LLC, which is the corporate office for my current apartment complex on Saturday, 1/14/17 and today, 1/17/17 but as of the end of day today, I have yet to receive a response from the apartment complex office or the corporate office. I'm quite disturbed about this delay as well as the lack of response from either party, due to the fact that my prescribed medication was sent via post office delivery and I have not been able to receive the medication due to the interruption in mail delivery at my complex.

When I moved in, the office staff was delightful, the maintenance staff was quick and responsive and my neighbors were excellent. Since the new management company has taken over, the complex has gone downhill, and very quickly. They are filling the complex with pretty much anyone and the new neighbors are less that neighborly.

Very disappointed with the new management and with the response from the corporate office. I don't believe we will be renewing our lease this time. :(

I have lived here a little over a year. Under the last management I was not happy because their total attention was never on their tenants. Never followed through on problems or ignored them completely. We now have new management and they are the same. My apartment is worse than it was when I moved in. They had the audacity to raise my rent by 40.00. Apartment was flooded in May. No attempts to completely fix the situation. I give five stars cause my stepmom and father apartment finally gotten there issue taking care of in there apartment. They was waiting over 2 years but this new supervisor name Tim came in and didn t leave till everything was fix in my parents apartment. So BH thanks for finally hiring a real maintenance man for The Preserve at Terrell Mills Apartment.

I transfered to a new apartment and was told it was $250 transfer fee-okay. Move in day comes and they say I owe way more! I already had called the movers, so I signed the lease. The next day, Abby says i also owe for a pet deposit and she didn't tell me because she didn't want me to be angry. "You lied to me to save your own skin Abby." Words can't describe how irate I am! I will never rent with any of these properties ever again-even if the issue is resolved. It's been over a week and no one has called me back to resolve the issue.

Awful apartment management Company! They do not care about their tenants. Only care about profit. Typically 12 month leases are standard, but if your lease comes due at a certain time, then to maximize profit they will force you into a longer lease term by charging an unreasonable 12 month rate and they only give you like a week to decide to move out. I cant find a new place in a week as I travel a lot for work, but I will be finding a new place tonlive before the lease expires next year. As they say , "Money does not change people, it unmasks them." BH Management business practices will catch up with them eventually.

Maintenace requests typically take 4-5 days to resolve. All my prior landlords have generally fixed issues in a day or two. Dont actually fix problems. For example there was a leak and they just painted over the water spot. Asked for recycling bins several times and still do not have them. Pet cleanup stations are always full and rarely have bags.

The manager at BH Management, Lisa, never answers or returns my phone calls.

If they add amenities, they will add an amenity charge to your rent the following year. Make you renew for 14 months instead of 12 months or charge significantly more for a 12 month term.

The Preserve at Osprey Lake was much better prior to BH Management.

Stay away from BH management properties!

I have made several attempts by every number available to contact someone via phone. No one answers, no voicemail is set up and NO WAY to contact this company. Managers are NEVER available or able to help. Security is non existed, security gate is always open yet they charge for a sticker to open and already open security gate that rarely closes. They charge for late fees when payments are made on time with no one available to correct issues. Charging over $1k a month for a 1/1 you would think you'd receive better service and consideration. Accounting issues are being ignored with no one to discuss it with. They're great till you move in then they could care less! VERY Poor management!

Worst property mangagment company.
Supplied proof of renter's insurance three separate times and was still charged $27 a month for their insurance. Mold under all pipes in the cheap and crumbling plywod. They claim it cannot be fixed. Rude office staff. Proliferation of unoccupied units of a revolving population of foreigners who cannot understand simple basics of apartment living. Frequent issuance of notice to enter less than 24 hours in length. Skyrocketing eco fees which climb to obscene levels because of the overoccupied units. Frequent remodeling of fitness center during months the facility would most likely be used. Pool always undergoing maintenance. Decreased quality of service while rental rates soar. And office staff so rude it's worth mentioning twice.

Was charged $98 for utilities and I barely stayed 18 days in my apartment. Still don t understand how and why cause I know it was wrong. They Claimed my toilet water was running but never heard it or saw it. Then I keep seeing little lizards in front of my door, haven t seen one person cleaning the buildings. Food crumbs almost everywhere. I was very excited about this place, now not so much and I haven t been here six months yet...

Very difficult to get office/staff to work with on certain conditions. Many staff members seem quote things "straight from a manual" Constant rent increases, forced to have certain amenities that cost the renter. BH management in my opinion lacks in compassion for its renters. Constantly misplacing reports or forms. I.E. renters insurance, everytime my renters insurance is renewed the office misplaces the renewal, thus forcing me to contact the insurance to once again validate, they have the information. They have the ability to call the company to verify. But I have to take time out of my day to gather the information. Parking is a big issue here, they claim to be on top of it, but they are not. I'm handicapped, in my area there are 4 spots designated for the handicapped, spots are being utilized by non residents and non handicapped individuals. I was told by the office that I had to call the police in order to have this resolved. WHY? On scale of 1 - 10, this property/management company gets a 3. Avoid BH management at all costs.

BH took over our apartment complex and they've been terrible. They painted a rather charming lakeside community an ugly grey palate. During the renovation, the workers caused excessive noise for well over a year without so much as an apology from management. As soon as the renovation was 3/4 done, they raised rent by at least 20% and required every tenant to pay a mandatory $25/month fee for an unreliable door-to-door trash pickup. Their tenant website is trash and won't even let me pay my own rent anymore, despite multiple calls. The last time my wife paid rent, they double charged us, then were exceedingly unhelpful when they forced us to overdraft.

Don't ever rent from a BH property.

This company is a complete circus act. These apartments are infested with mold, termites, bed bugs & fleas. They don t care about their tenants. The regional manager showed absolutely no concern for our horrific experience here. Believe the reviews, BH management is a terrible company! Reading these reviews, I see now that it s company wide! This is what they do. I am at Stone Ridge @ Vinings...Please do not move here!!

I have my lease agreement where it says I paid $550 but they are going to give me back only $150 since that is what they put on the system and there's nothing I can do

Worse company ever to rent from. Paddock place management was flat out rude to me and lied on numerous occasions. The coustmer care was not helpful. The whole company needs a relality check being told they don't care about my problems. Ummmmm yeah ok whatever at that point I hung up. If you don't have the curtisoy to realize that we are paying you OUTRAGEOUS prices and expect to be treated like a person than why am I going to pay $675 for a 1bed room that I get told you don't care when I can find a house for that much or a little more that the landlord is so much nicer. I REFUSE TO RENT FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN......it's like you live in prison, AND THEY WONT SO JACKSHIT when you need something done with nagging and they loose the request.

HORRIBLE PEOPLE. The management has no idea what is happening in their company. They have still not issued my refund. When I asked for help, the girl Ashley said "that's above my pay grade". I have been getting the run-around for over a month and a half and I am SICK OF IT. Everyone from the Gregory to corporate is rude and has lost their minds. I only gave the one star because I had to to post this.

The pools are never cleaned before they open. They are always dirty from the night before, including the bathrooms IF they are even unlocked. Trash full, water dirty, no toilet paper or paper towels. We went yesterday at noon and no maintenance showed up until almost 4pm. Also the doggy stations, few and far between, are always full and the bottoms are rusted out with doggy bags coming out the bottom.

I'm sorry but this is my continuation of my review, space would not allow me to finish. After the 2nd time I reported the bug problem and no one called me or did nothing I went in a 3 rd time and made another complaint. At this time the previous manager reviews her books and noticed no one had listed me there for bug complaints. She immeditaley issued a pest team to come over. She was supposed to email us with information on that and with a time and date he was coming. We never got that. Some one from the pest team came and inspected our house and said "I dont see any evidence of pest. but if you wan to get treatment I can come back on Monday". With that being said we were happy to know that we were pest free. For some strange reason the office never canceled the appointment to get the treatment done. You would think that they should have. On December 12th my husband and I got sick with bronchitis and was in the hospital. We called the office 2 days prior to cancel this pest appointment because first off we did not need it and 2nd we were seriously ill. Again the person my husband spoke to did not take his call seriously and never reported what he said. Sure enough the pest team was out in the office to do there job and they called us. At this time I was just behind upset with this complex because we were being threaten to fees for canceling. We explained to them that we had called 2 days prior to let them know we did not need this and to cancel it. No one heard us, no one cared and we were charged a high amount for it. At this point I had no choice but to see upper management. I spend over 4 days trying to reach someone in this department. After leaving several messages I finally got a call from the new manager we have at the complex. She was very nice and reassured me I would not be charged any fees. And that she knew this complex needed alot of work. I truly felt better! Well I'm sorry to say be this month has been a consistent battle with this new manager. She is forcing me to get pest treatment for my apartment in which I don't have any pest. I keep arguing with her about this issue. Now she is saying she has a statement saying that the person who came in December confirmed we had pest. So who is lying here? We were told NO and she was told YES! So the manager decided to have them come out again yesterday to inspect our home. Without any permission and any consent. She said she has the right to come in in our home, since this is a emergency. Which I don't think it is, but ok. She sent me a harsh email saying she was evicting me for violation of my lease. According to her she tried to enter my apartments with the pest man and she couldn't because I had changed my locks. So I took the time off from work yesterday and had a locksmith change my lock. LOL Really? So my family and I are being evicted for this. Here's just another example of poor management in this complex. As I stated before in September maintenance came to change my locks. I guess they don't have that report either. This is just ridiculous how I'm being treated and I need to seek help at a court system. I regret every moment in my life moving here and rather live in a shelter home then here. I have done nothing wrong. It's is this complex that is in violation of harassment and false accusations. After reading this I'm sure you need to contact me!

I have had so many problems with this company. It's sickening to think about what we pay for this apartment. Multiple work orders have been put in since moving here. And the workers take their time responding. We recently had our a/c unit replaced. We were out of town for his grandmothers funeral. My husband got a call saying that there could possibly be two holes in our ceiling from installation. The lady who called named Alyssa asked for him to call back and let her know. We got back into town two days later and he called to let her know we came home to two large cutouts in our bedroom ceiling. Our things were every where. And debris all over our furniture. First off, it should not be our job to communicate to her or the company if something like that had been done. That's called communication which should have been done if they are letting someone come in to do work. And what bothers me the most is coming home after burying my husbands grandmother, and having to clean up after people that we shouldn't have to. It has been over a week now and we still have holes in the ceiling. My allergies have been terrible for all the dust and particles coming out of these huge cut outs. And we completely had to move our poor dog into another room or there is no sleep. Since those holes it has amplified the sounds from upstairs tremendously. I will never recommend living here to anyone. And to be specific, its Paces River Apartments in Rock Hill, SC 29732.

This is the worst management company that I have never had to deal with in my life. I would not recommend Mandalay Villas or BH management to anyone, on Monday, Sept 16, I was told I would receive a overnighted refund check. I was told a check was sent out August 22 that I never received an a new check in the amount of $308. As of today Thursday Sept 19, I never received the check, I spoke with Tiger she said she would assured that the check was sent to me overnighted, Incall back on Wednesday spoke to Nichele she assured me that she would check with corporate office on the status of the check. I did not get a response from Nichele. I was told it could take up to 30 days after my keys were turned in to receive the refund, it s now past 30 days and I didn t get my refund. If this company don t follow its own policies, why would someone refer the company or give a good rating. I want my refund ASAP, if not I will begin legal proceeding to recoup my refund

Highland Ridge Apartment Ridge's management has got to get their act together. I have never experienced so much unprofessionalism and flat out disrespect than I have in my life, let alone at an apartment complex. Specifically, they have one associate, Paige Washington, who is down right rude, disrespectful, vulgar, and above all UNPROFESSIONAL. Miss Washington has on numerous occasions snapped at the tenants for not turning in their rent in the morning, and has been quoted as saying," Everyone else turns their rent in in the mornings, why can't you?" COMPLETELY OUT OF POCKET for management to say to their tenants. This should never be said, let alone at an apartment complex near the heart of Atlanta where almost everyone living in the complex is a business professional who works from the hours of 8-5, so turning rent in between 5-6 (when the office is still open) is the only option. Furthermore, Paige Washington purposefully withholds information from her tenants as to charge extra fees. Specifically, on one instance (a holiday), Paige Washington charged a late fee, because a tenant failed to pay on the second (the office was closed.) When coming into pay it on the third, she then snaps at a resident stating that "No, this isn't the correct amount now, because now you have to pay a $250 eviction fee." I believe Paige Washington purposefully withheld this information to charge the resident more. This happened within the course of 24 hours. She should have told the tenant this the day she came into pay the rent in the first place.

BH Management should not sacrifice its brand and integrity by employing this woman who is perpetually going to run their name into the ground.

Terrible! I live at one of their properties and it's absolutely atrocious. The staff is terrible and rude. They fail at just about everything they try to do. Don't bother living here because you'll be told one price and then pay another. On top of that you won't be notified of ANYTHING.

I have been living in Perkins Rowe for over a year...

I have been living in Perkins Rowe for over a year and within that year the management team has been switched out 3 times. Each time there was little to no communication in the transition and the residents were left fighting for what they had already negotiated and or had agreements with the previous management. Maintenance issues have been neglected and rental prices go up. They treat good residence poorly. They have a horrible business model with little regard for the people they serve.

No one picks up the phone during the day or returns voicemails. There is no email for inquiries online either. No one is willing to help or respond. Horrible customer service
