Huge difficulties in finding the spare parts of a Botticelli tilting opening system, after 10 days of searching for the toothed rubber belt (made to last a short time) I had to replace the entire opening system. The only spare parts dealer willing to provide me with the spare part asked me for 300 for the belt only. Obviously rather than repairing by spending the price of a new system and given the bad experience with BFT I chose a Came because the mechanism and traction are much more serious.

I purchased a gate operator produced in Viterbo, from a Turin dealer.
After 3 days, the piston stops working; to mount it they had to remove the lock and, therefore, the gate does not even remain closed.
Another year has passed and no one has ever fixed my gate, zero customer support. I tried to get my hands on it myself but the piston breaks just looking at it.
As soon as I have the money, I will install a gate motorization produced by a serious company to which I will also have to pay for the disposal of the scrap currently in my possession.

I wanted to put zero stars but it is not allowed by the system. Residential automation with arms purchased and installed in August by a specialized technician. Three months of continuous problems and today I'm throwing it away because it's completely broken. Congratulations big Italian company! For completeness the model is: Zara framework SD.
