They have no customer service skills you go in and if the clerk is not at the front desk the other staff hardly speak to you when I went in I said good afternoon I got no response then some asked what I wanted and then she said wait for the clerk which was a while and I left

Worst Realty in Brooklyn! All they care about it making money and as soon as they do, they ghost on you! Clearly their agents are giving them self a great review. You have one reviewer write "Faya is a great agent, and then you have Faya, write a review! TOTAL SCAM! This place is a joke!

I came to their office on Albany Ave to express interest in renting an apartment, and I was refereed to one of their agents by the name
Steven G whom was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable.

Unfortunately the apartment I desired already had an application and a deposit in, but Steven G. took all my contact info and placed be on a waiting list and promised to follow up with me as soon as a newly renovated unit is vacant.

My partner and I tried to view an apartment on Montgomery St. The broker tried to force us to sign a document saying he was acting on our behalf. But my partner found the listing and emailed with ABBA repeatedly to set up a viewing. The idea that he was our broker in any meaningful sense is ridiculous. I am assuming this comes from the new brokers fee guidelines that came out this week. I understand that brokers perform a valuable service but this seemed like a shady way of going about it. My partner was willing to eventually pay some kind of brokers fee but he wouldn't even let us see the apartment first to gauge our interest. Poor form, ABBA. We felt more like angry clowns than dancing queens

Wonderful Real Estate. Warm and very friendly! Judy B. (agent) went above and beyond to find my lovely apartment! I was approved right away. Judy even called me after working hours to make sure I had everything I need to be comfortable! I recommend this real estate to all. The apartment is great, nice, clean and very spacious. I really liked the attention; she made me feel very special.

The receptionist Kathy was very unprofessional. She did not want to process my application without having ALL my documents. FF to my finding a place on street easy, turns out the realtor works for Abba realty. Renee then processes my application WITHOUT my having every document. She actually gave me time to gather everything while she ran our credit etc. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because of Renee's professionalism. Skip the receptionist if you can she came off prejudice and unprofessional.

These people suck all they are about is your money when you call the office nobody every picks up and there cheap as hell don t wanna fix anything but they quick to. Take you to court when you hold the rent money back from them... stay clear from these people

I had a realtor named Judy. She was very kind and helpful. She did everything in her power to find me some place that I would love and was affordable for me and my husband. When we were having some issues. She was very patient, and kind and made sure everything was golden even after we got our keys. Had a wonderful experience and definitely would recommend. Which I did and hooked my friend up with her as well. She just loved into her place today

This real estate is great , I was approved in a matter of 2 days ! And was able to sign my lease ASAP, at first I was alittle nervous due to theses poor reviews and plus I was scammed over at another real estate but trust me they work miracles !! I moved in 10 months ago after meeting with steven, the experience was great, he was very professional and accommodating, he worked with my schedule as best as he could despite my many challenges. after moving in my new apt, i found flatbush gardens to be even better than what i expected even after friends were advising me not to move there becz of the area and persons that lives there.

My broker Mercedes took care of me. Although she exaggerated how nice the building was and how great the landlords were. I did get an apartment but it was renovated by a bunch of incompetent people. I didn't have gas for 3 months the work was poorly done. I chose to keep the apartment and have been making complaints to 311 ever since. Mercedes personally came to see the issues I was co.plain I g about and she made them do the repairs.

Working with Judy was excellent, deposit and lease paperwork was done quick. Definitely would work with them again.

ALL the reviews are Fake. Especially whatever you read about Carmen! This company is an expert in ripping people off. STAY CLEAR!

We worked with Judy three years ago and she was very attentive and responsive in finding us an apt. We asked her to look out for an apt. with a balcony in the same building complex for us. She kept our request in mind and found us a terrific apt with a balcony and with a view of the NYC skyline! She kept us updated with the renovation progress. She texted us on weekends and evenings.
