Your officers must like flowers, because I witnessed Lieutenant M. Garcia acting like a pansy, getting all paranoid and overly emotional about someone taking pictures in public. Perhaps it was just his time of the month... or he's ignorant about basic constitutional rights. Either way, he's going to get someone hurt if he doesn't learn to control his hurt feelings. He needs to find "his words" and stop detaining journalists for public photography.

Constable cop just pulled me over for my license plate being on my Dash instead of a warning she gave me a ticket don't these cops have anything better to do there's people getting shot out here and the only thing they seem to worry about is giving us tickets for dumb stuff
The staff are all very professional and kind. However, they do not take any debit cards or credit cards. The only forms of payment are cash, money orders, or checks. Also if you are there for a traffic ticket and you would like to see the judge for deferred adjudication he only takes traffic cases on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings

This is the worst ran precinct in Bexer county. I rec'd tickets in 2013 pd them,warrants issued for same tickets in 2017, i have been back to court four times finally had to repay partial fines in Jan 2018. Here we are in March warrants issued for same tickets just paid in January. I live 65 miles from the court and cannot reach anyone by phone, i wonder if i can get reimbursement for time off of work and gas money?LOL
Professional peace officers know the law and don't arrest without probable cause. Texas Penal Code 38.02 is pretty clear. Under 38.02 a person must be lawfully arrested before they can be required to identify. Hopefully, the magistrate clarified this in a way that your deputies and yourself can comprehend. It seems these constables will falsely arrest ppl for legally filming in public. They assault and abuse ppl for no crime. Not an ID state but will arrest and physically assault for failure to ID . Not a valid arrest. Corruption at its best.

Public photography is not a crime but an armed uniformed officer assaulting an innocent citizen is a crime. LT M. Garcia is a thug assaulting and kidnapping a law abiding citizen. LT M. Garcia needs to be immediately fired for being a violent criminal and a disgrace to law enforcement.
One star is being nice, to begin things I arrived with some time before closing. I was just asking questions, and the blonde lady with glasses treated me as a nuisance. She gave me the run around and even lied to me as to what precinct I need to be at. I write this not to bash the place but share my experience. If you re going in remember to treat other as you d like to be treated.

GARCIA was too embarrassed and couldn't intelligently refute the innocent man's facts. M. Garcia abused his position as a cop and owes his victim an apology .. but I doubt M Garcia has the capability to string a complete sentence together.
Lt Garcia needs to find another job besides arresting innocent civilians. Police officers should know better than to make up false charges and lie on their arrests paperwork. People have cameras you can't violate people's rights and get away with it anymore. This will probably end up costing taxpayers money but It Garcia doesn't care because he will probably get PAID leave and not one penny out of his check while us taxpayers of Bexar county are ones who pay.
