The Ambiance is beautiful. The service in the lounge .. The Boulevard was good considering it was very crowded. Drinks were made with precision and service was excellent. Well worth the visit when you're in this area. Valet parking.

severely outdated rooms- the walls were yellowish and curtains seemed old. the service was excellent- room service was super quick and everyone was very helpful in helping us navigate the maze of hallways. the exterior/public spaces of the building are stunning. location is excellent to take a stroll around Beverly Hills.
I stayed at this hotel expecting my room to reflect what was advertised. We were next door to the janitor and the noise was as you would expect unbelievable.Room extremely old ,bath towels were dry and well used.
Only the staff were this property s only redemption.
Great beds, decadent amenities, incredible bathroom experience including toilet. Especially toilet. Extravagant poop experience with phone adjacent to toilet, I assume to call loved ones to extoll the amazing evacuation experience. 10/10
The Blvd breakfast service is slow. The key cant use it in the day before check out. The atmosphere is extravagant !!! And i love the body wash smell...long lasting and so nice....

Rooms were stinky( we booked several rooms and suite, same probl in each room ).
Room service was extremely slow ( we were getting cold food ).
Unfortunately, the only good thing is location and bell boys(seems they are the only ones doing their job properly).

An unimaginably gorgeous location, my reason having been here due to a Thanksgiving event through my employer. The location itself is beautiful, with extremely helpful staff that sought to make our experience an immaculate one.

Loved this hotel, I booked this for my parents 40th wedding anniversary. Loved the location, treatment by staff was above and beyond. This was the Pretty Woman hotel. If you stay here you have a car service so no need for car hire. Dropped off in. Jaguar and picked up in a Rolls Royce.

One of the best places we've ever stayed in terms of service and friendliness and we've traveled the world! Kisha and Rozie at the concierge desk are particularly amazing and planned great amenities and meals for us with very short notice...would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!
Best location and service. A bit disappointed with the newer dinner menu in the restaurant. But the quality and ambiance makes all the difference.
The Cut Lounge is a wonderful place to grab drinks. The bartenders are so nice and complimentary appetizers are often included. The selection of phenomenal and the staff are very knowledgeable in case you want to experiment with something new.

It was difficult to find the valet parking because it's tucked in the back area. The hotel itself is very nice and the decorations for Christmas was spot on. I didn't stay as a guest so can't speak of the rooms.. I had dinner at CUT for a birthday celebration and food was amazing. The service is impeccable. But for the price it ought to be.
We booker but booking was not confirmed. Instead of giving us the same rate they could only offer a rate 1.5 Times higher. Bad customer experience.
I attended a corporate event on one of their terraces and had amazing views of the Beverly hills area. The hotel is a landmark worth visiting in Beverly hills, if not just for viewing the cars at the valet.
Beautiful hotel where Pretty Woman was filmed , your allowed in even if your not a guest we had a coffee at the bar and sat outside on Wilshire Blvd , over looking Rodeo drive .

I was at an event tonight and gave valet my ticket for my car. A few people who gave theirs after me got their car but then more got theirs before me. Turns out, they lost my ticket and didn t do anything about it until I told them. Even after I told them, my car hadn t been returned to me and it was only until after I complained a second time and then started vocally showing how displeased I was that they made an effort to retrieve my car. All the while I was complaining people were still getting their car before me. Really unprofessional.
Best location. Great cafe bar with outdoor seating. Rooms are dated though but decent size. Excellent service.
We went for a massage, and it was probably one of the best I've ever had. The spa is very nice and the staff quite friendly.
I LOVE this hotel. It's my favorite. Excellent location. Walking distance from all Beverly Hills shops and delicious restaurants. Right on Rodeo drive. The staff is impeccable and the service beyond compare. The rooms are great. There are two towers and many options to choose from. The lobby has a gorgeous crystal chandelier and always the most beautiful flower arrangements. The decor is beautiful and not overdone or gaudy. Its understated elegance. CUT is phenomenal. The pool and jacuzzi are nice. They are secluded and peaceful.
Great staff. Impeccable facility. Ultimate service. Superior food and drinks. What's not to like?
