SUPERB, but pricy! Worth every penny though, went for 25th wedding anniversary, got free champagne in room, great service, friendly staff throughout (although one person on concierge was a bit surly)

If you are going for business, then this is not a hotel for you. You can request a coffee pot for your room, but don't count on an outlet being easily accessible, also bring your own creamer. There are only two outlets on desk in base of lamp, which is not very bright and not WiFi is not very strong. On a personal note, the shower door closes on you and if you are a woman welcome to the 1950's. Not enough room in shower to shave legs.

Ate at cut. A restaurant within the Beverly Wilshire. The ambiance was open and inviting with a modern feel. The service was amazing and the food was delectable. Would definitely return again.

I expect nothing less from the Four Seasons. Great hospitality. The tower we stayed in is a bit outdated but it s been here forever so can t complain. Our friends stayed in the other tower and it was a lot nicer (but for an extra $900 lol). You get what you pay for! The location is perfect for shopping.

The best thing about staying here is being walking distance to Sugar Fish (we went twice).

Is an old on the outside but looks very nice on the inside and the service was top-notch. The drinks for very good for the price was of course higher-than-normal. Great location right across the street from Rodeo Drive

Booked this hotel for my mom and I as we were celebrating her 60th birthday. We are huge Pretty Woman fans and this place definitely did not disappoint. They upgraded us which was definitely nice and we loved the spa and restaurants! We had breakfast outside each morning. Great location and easy to get taxis too when we needed them. Hope to be back for mom's 61st!

Overall it was good. The only problem that we did not like was when laying down looking up to the ceiling you see a bunch air conditioning cut outs nasty and also the toilet paper holder was falling apart

It was expensive, beautiful, nice atmosphere, fine dining was great, location is in Beverly hills, plenty of rich rooms, service was excellent. I recommend coming here for a small or long term vacation.

Beautiful 5 star plus hotel in high class Beverly Hills. Elegantly furnished bars and food. Lots of friendly and quick serving staff. High prices not for every budget. If you are satisfied with a coffee, that's fine

The spa here is amazing!! Incredible selection of treatments for a red-carpet look. I saw results almost instantly - bright, glowing skin and the bags under my eyes are gone. The massage left me feeling super refreshed. The relaxation room has yummy chocolates ;)
It's nice that they offer access to the pool, so instead of coming in for a treatment and leaving I can actually hang out here with friends all day and enjoy delicious food and drinks!

I always stay at the BW when I'm in LA. The reson is simple: There is not a better hotel in the entire LA area. Period. I travel frequently... often with four children in tow. I have NEVER, EVER had a single problem, issue, or ANY sort of negative experience... And this is after many years of staying at this property. The entire staff - from valets to front desk, concierge, room service... You name it, they have the absolute best. I've made some odd requests over the years... Once I asked if they could have 6 AAAA batteries, an Avent baby bottle with a size 2 nipple, a very hard to find brand of high end shampoo and a 2 inch barrell curling iron in the room when we checked in... Low and behold, everything was there and they even placed it all in kind of a pretty display along with a hand written note.
In this day in age, to find this type of a personalized experience, regardless of the price per night, is just about unheard of... And yes, it's a high priced establishment... And worth every single penny.
For the best experience, I reccomend talking with the desk staff when you make the reservation and letting them know exactly what you'd like - view, which side of the city you'd like to face, if you want a balcony... any special requirements or ammenities you'd like... They will go out of their way to provide you with your ideal room(s) or suite. One time they even moved us from the suite I'd booked into an entirely different suite because I misunderstood what the desk staff had described to me and the original suite just wasn't functional for the ages of my children at that time.
As a widow with four kids, I'm always aware of safety, regardless of where we travel. I've never once felt anything less than completely secure at the Beverly Wilshire. They even UPS anything you may have left at no charge if you contact them and let them know it was forgotten.
This is one hotel that shines in an era of decreasing customer service and generally impersonal experiences. Try it once and you'll be as hooked as I am!

2 words...."pretty woman" We didn't stay; was just visiting a friend and stopped for lunch at The Cut. A delicious meal with exceptional service. A beautiful hotel by four seasons and an equally elegant restaurant by W Puck. It's expectected, after all this is Beverly Hills.

I like this hotel, I really do. I lived around the corner for years and have been there many many times. This weekend, I had guests from Germany in the run of a promotion for my client "Princess for one day", Europe's #1 makeover show. Two mother-daughter were flown in for an extended weekend - featuring a photoshoot with me and some sightseeing. They were all huge Pretty Woman fans, so I thought it would be a good idea to take them for afternoon drinks at the bar.

I sprang for a bottle of rose champagne, one of the better ones, took them twenty minutes to find a bottle ;-).

Then, after twenty minutes, the waiter came, totally apologetic, that his manager has asked us to provide IDs. Germans typically do not carry their passports when sightseeing in foreign cities, so one of the daughters - 29 years old - was not allowed to join the drinking party (I am 57, my wife 45 and our guests were 56/29 and 48/28 - while I appreciate not to serve alcohol to minors I found this quite bizarre).

The manager himself did not bother, but I sensed him looking at us and seeing us a tourist group... an awkward feeling seeing him watching us all the time (to avoid any misunderstanding: we were the perfect guests appropriately dressed for a stroll on Rodeo Drive). I was very close to canceling the bottle and leaving. By the way: 20% tip were automatically added by our server ;-)

Would I go again: possibly not. A shame really. After all, I spent thousands here when we had my clients staying for my photoshoots.
