Concierge service is no service at all! Horrible, just horrible!
Rooms were stinky( we booked several rooms and suite, same probl in each room ).
Room service was extremely slow ( we were getting cold food ).
Unfortunately, the only good thing is location and bell boys(seems they are the only ones doing their job properly).
We left earlier ofc!
