Beumer Garantiemakelaars Review

From telephonist to executive broker it was very pleasant to work and deal with. Beumer Garantiemakelaars has a nice team with a lot of knowledge and enthusiastic employees. Our house looked beautiful on the pictures and that has partly ensured that our house was sold within 2 months. After each visit we were called how it went. We have also decided to engage Beumer Garantiemakelaars for the purchase of our new home. We are super positive, thanks to Arjan Embrechts and team for the good guidance!

As a buyer I had contact with this broker. Typical salesperson with nice talk, but no knowledge of legal matters. Preferably puts all the negative aspects of a home under a rug and does not assume any liability afterwards. In our eyes, it is clear that this agent does not help the selling party to fulfill a correct disclosure obligation. Very poor, and not recommended.

We contacted this broker two weeks ago because we really wanted to rent a house in a new construction project in Utrecht.

I was told on the phone that it was already quite difficult to get a house there and that we still had to make everything the same day, and if everything did not work in 1 day, they would see what they could mean for us.

That same day I made as much as possible in order, but certain things such as an extract from the GBA simply do not go in 1 day. Then I called them several times (even after I had received the extract) but never once again got a broker on the line. I would be called back twice but that never happened.

A day later I went directly to another real estate agent who also has houses in the same new construction project and there immediately a house was put under option for me and yesterday we signed.

If it had been Beumer Garantiemakelaars I still would not have had a house ... I am very disappointed. 1 star.

Unfortunately, very bad experience with this broker. Typical case of 'self-interest first' and the customer comes to spot 100. Choose another, choice was!

We are very satisfied with our real estate agent Bernadette, who has helped us very well in the purchase and sale of our house. The purchase was difficult at this time, but eventually found and dreamed to buy our dream home by expert advice from Bernadette, super happy with it. The sale of our house was arranged within a week. Well informed at every step and we are very satisfied with the result. Working well with the rest of the Team Beumer is also a great help. So if you are looking for a purchase and / or sales broker then you have come to the right place.

Without cancellation or speaking, they left us at the agreed time for closed door because there was already an offer in negotiation. No contact with broker and no feedback / apologies. When negotiation came to nothing, we were suddenly called upon again. Scandalous.

I was very pleasantly helped by Bernadette van Beumer Garantiemakelaars when purchasing my home in Utrecht. The market in Utrecht is currently very tense and it was very nice during the purchase hunt to have a consultation with an experienced and competent broker. Bernadette was always available for advice, even in the evenings or during the weekend (even during her vacation!).

As a potential buyer I had contact with this broker about a property that they have for sale, but that was once but never again. Bizarre, what a company, how they think they can deal with people, dogs don't like that. No salesperson would advise you to work with this party, otherwise you know for sure that you are stuck with a zeperda!

Very pleased with the quick sale of my mother's apartment for a decent price.

We highly recommend Beumer Garantiemakelaars, and more specifically Bernadette, as brokers, because: - They communicate quickly and clearly and provide useful advice, which is important for a successful purchase / sale of a home. - Beumer has completely unburdened us in the sales process, so it took us little effort and time. - Beumer's office staff (Gaby) also acts quickly and competently. - In addition to selling our house, Beumer also proactively supports us in the purchase of our new new-build house and temporary rent in the interim period. - And all this for a competitive price.
