Everyone is so kind and considerate and always willing to help . Every time we have used your company it was always a smooth transition and someone has always called to make sure we were happy with the product they supplied .Greg was an amazing he help to me this time more then he had to. He went out of his way to make sure that what products we were looking for where covered by my insurance . I would totally recommend the company to friends and family .

My experience with BLN has been consistently splendid. The people I deal with are unfailingly competent, courteous, caring, and cordial The items I order always arrive on a timely basis in excellent condition. Whenever there has been a glitch, all BLN personnel I have engaged with have gone an extra mile and made extra efforts to promptly remove and resolve the issue.

I could not be happier with BLN and the BLN persnonel with whom I have interactedd or the products I have received.

I am a type 1 diabetic and getting my supplies from this company is very difficult. They have a communication problem. They do not understand the seriousness of illnesses .When my order is due to be shipped I have to call at least 3 to 4 times that week to beg for my supplies. I get the run around every single time. I hate this company and to be honest I am so fed up!! It shouldn't be my job to get notes, prior authorizations either. The customer service reps give me a different answer every time I call. So I actually never know what to expect.

This pharm company as to be the top WORST company to get any kind of prescription from! And sadly it starts at the beginning when you call customer service! They re rude and nasty! They talk like they have no home training or education, then when you ask for a higher up they tell you to call back and hang up on you, when you actually speak to a manager it s like you re talking to the same person who just rude and nasty to you! This company lies all the time! They say they called your doctors office, you call the doctor and they have no records of communication from the pharmacy or faxes! They will have you so beyond delayed in getting you prescriptions! They also charge you or your insurance for things they didn t ship to you, which I m sure is MEDICAL FRAUD!! This company should probably be reported to BB or shut down to retrain their staff on proper communication and verbal tones! If I could give this company 0 I would!

Better than average for durable medical equipment ...

Better than average for durable medical equipment supplies. My previous insurance companies required me to use either Apria Health Care or Lincare. Both those companies are a nightmare to deal with compared to Better Living. Overall Better Living was pretty good. They honored the contracted rates with the insurer. The best way to communicate with them is via email. Unfortunately there were many instances where their customer service went MIA for phone support. They actually have an in house delivery person. Product was delivered a week late, with no notification, but at least it did arrive. They need to improve on their communication responses and actually get back to the patient but compared to the big companies they are much better. The bar is low these days for all customer service everywhere. I plan on using Better Living again. Dealing with ordering DME can be a lot more painful with other providers.

I have known many employees of Better Living Now for years. I have yet to encounter any that have not had the patience to deal with my insurance or provider problems.
I would highly recommend them. 10 stars if I could Thank you all for the great service and friendship through the years

I have been filling my daughter s prescription with this company for several years. They are extremely unorganized and never have anything on stock. I refilled the prescription 10 days ago and I still have not received it. To make matters worse, they just called to tell me that they won t have it available for another 10 days. I do NOT recommend this company. I will definitely be filling my prescriptions with another company moving forward!

Update August 9,2021: I was contacted my the Director of Operations, Lisa, and she was amazing. She personally reviewed my prescriptions and the issues regarding them. She also helped get the order out for delivery earlier than I was originally told. She addressed all my concerns.

First time customer and I was amazed at the level of care and compassion I received from Michelle. She went out of her way to find what I needed and they are in the process of getting it from one of their suppliers. They absolutely care about their customers. Glad I found this company as it will be my go to for all my heathcare needs.
